House with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms in a centrally located, but quiet neighborhood. It's close enough to walk to downtown.
We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room home. Our house is 1450 square feet with a full and recently renovated kitchen with a washer & dryer.
The whole house is available. The master has a tempur pedic memory foam king sized bed. Our guest bedroom has a crib, single mattress, as well as a changing table and other baby/toddler accessories. Both bathrooms were renovated recently. Out kitchen was completely renovated in the spring of 2017 and has all new appliances. Our last bed is a futon in one of the living rooms, which is surprisingly comfortable.
Our house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood less than a mile away from downtown Santa Rosa and even closer to Montgomery Shopping Center off of Farmers Lane! The location is the best part of our home. You can go out for drinks, dinner, dancing and simply walk home, no DDs, no paying for parking. Not only that, our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with great neighbors & ample parking, so if you're looking for a quiet, safe place that's close to everything, this is perfect! Being in the center of Santa Rosa, we're 20 minutes from Sonoma Valley, 20 mins from Russian River, 30 mins from Dry Creek, so it's the perfect for going wine tasting. If you like beer, we're a mile away from Russian River Brewing Co and Third Street Aleworks!
We have great working wifi for you two use and big 55" LED 3D TV in the living room. Plus, there is a deck with a BBQ grill that looks out over the jungle that surrounds Santa Rosa Creek. Our backyard is a little oasis of nature!
Guests will have access to the entire house, we rent it out while we are gone.

Common sense goes a long way. :)
Christy and I love to travel! We have been to over 30 countries and are constantly looking at where to go next. When we travel, we're middle of the road travelers; not staying in fancy places, but not staying in dives. We're both teachers, high school social studies and elementary school math.
