Cute 2 bed and 2 bath bungalow minutes from uptown Charlotte, easy access to the highway, walkable to city and stadiums. Professionally cleaned between every booking so the house is immaculate when you arrive. Everything else you need for a great stay like queen memory foam beds, kitchen & dining room, very comfortable living room, TV, wifi, etc.
Cute and unique house with a lot of character, high ceilings, open layout, and walkable distance to the city and stadiums. As the leaves fall, you can see how close you are to the city with views of the skyline from the back deck, and you can even see some of the video board for Bank of America stadium!
Very easy access to route 77 to get anywhere in Charlotte quickly. The house has a historic style but renovations throughout the house give it a very clean and modern feel as well.
There are two bedrooms, each with a queen memory foam bed. There is also a queen air mattress and linens if needed in the master closet. Fast wifi and new kitchen appliances, new 4k TV with sound bar, and new high efficiency LG washer & dryer.
The back deck is a good place to relax if the weather cooperates. There are patio chairs and a table, as well as a gas grill that you can use.
I work with an awesome woman that has her own cleaning service and she comes and thoroughly cleans between every booking. She's a true southerner with the accent to prove it, and she's a perfectionist! The house will be immaculate when you arrive.
You'll have access to the full house and no need to exchange keys or meet at a certain time - the front door has a keypad lock and I will provide you with an access code for the door and security system.

Feel free to message through airbnb, text, or call with any questions. Whether it's house related or questions about the city like a good place to grab some food, coffee, or a drink, I'm happy to help however possible.

The kitchen should have anything you might need: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas range and oven, pots and pans, glasses, dishes, flatware, cutlery, etc. But if you have some type of meal in mind and want to double check if something is present or not, feel free to send a message.
No smoking inside the house; outside is okay and just ask that you dispose of things well - it would be great to put in the trash bins outside house directly to prevent any smell inside the house.
Quiet hours start at 11pm. Particularly out on the front porch or back deck. I have some awesome neighbors and one of the houses isn't very far from mine. I love hearing that people got to relax and enjoy the deck, but the sound does carry as well, so please no noise above a quiet talk outside on the deck after 11pm. I do not want this to be a buzzkill; you can obviously have a higher volume if you move inside, but the goal is to not awake or keep awake any neighbors. A couple people sipping some wine or other drink and hanging out talking quietly would not be a problem, however, more than a couple people, louder talking, and/or laughing should move inside at 11pm so as not to disturb my neighbors. I want every guest to have a great time, so I'm not wanting to restrict any fun, but please just use common sense and be mindful of your noise level as it gets later, particularly outside.
In general, please treat the house as your own! That would include thinking of the neighbors as your own neighbors that you see day-to-day (and who want to sleep each night) -- there are some great people in our neighborhood, please be a good neighbor to them while you're staying in my home!
