Downstairs consists of a large open-plan living and dining area with adjoining kitchen. Upstairs there is a large and spacious south-facing master bedroom with views overlooking North Street; a twin room with two single beds; and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are well appointed with modern furniture, comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. Outside, there is a small patio seating area and a shed houses a washer/dryer and recycling facilities.

While we do not have a parking space with the cottage, there are two car parks within a short walk (one at Caffa Mill is five minutes' walk away, the other, the Old Station Road car park, is ten minutes away), and weekly permits can be obtained for these from the council. There is space outside the house for loading and unloading, however as it is on the main street in the town, parking is not permitted. Alternatively, there is free parking at the top of the town, which is about a fifteen-minute walk away.
Sorry, pets are not allowed and there is a strict 'no smoking' policy in the house.
Towels and linen are provided, but please bring your own beachtowels.
