A large and breezy shared house right next to the river in beautiful Itacaré. The house has 3 floors with balconies on two sides where you can relax in a hammock and watch the sunset or the moon rise in a quieter part of town.
We offer a small selection of comfortable private rooms, all equipped with a large wardrobe and fan. Two of our rooms are currently occupied on long term leases but we have one double and one twin room (with two single beds) still available. We offer free WiFi, warm showers, filtered drinking water and the use of a shared kitchen, dining and living space. You are also free to make use of the balconies and to help yourself to the fruit that falls off the trees in our garden!
We are currently running an NGO out of the house and our two long term tenants are our volunteers. All profits made from bookings will go directly towards supporting the NGO and our community projects which are focused on youth development and environmental conservation!
The house is ideal for people who want to enjoy the wonders that Itacaré has to offer and also be able to get a good night's sleep in a quieter part of town away from the loud music, hustle and bustle.
All parts of the house are shared, including the kitchen and bathroom, 3 balconies, a front patio and a large yard in the front and on the side of the house as well. If you have any interest in gardening or volunteering to help fix up the volunteer house, all guests are more than welcome!!

Minimum age: 18
Everyone must clean up after themselves; this is especially important with food and dishes as we are in a tropical country and we don't want to invite pests. Also, we take safety and security very seriously. Please shut and lock all doors if you are the last one leaving the house and turn off all of the lights and appliances. In addition, guests are not allowed to bring other locals or friends into the house without prior agreement and a signed guest contract. Outside animals are also not allowed, just Preci, the 1 house cat. Quiet hours begin at 10pm Sunday - Thursday and at Midnight on Friday and Saturday. The house and the property are both tobacco free spaces. We ask everyone to be respectful and caring of each other, our neighbors, the community and the environment. Thank you!
