Sunny attic room in share house in heart of Newtown. 1minute from train station, shops, and heaps of cafes and bars. You have access to kitchen, garden, and a big lounge room. House has a garden and backs onto the very cool Camperdown park.
The house is a cute terrace over three levels with a big backyard. Our place backs onto Camperdown Memorial Rest Park (one of the coolest parks in the world) where people go to drink beers and have picnics with friends every day of the week.
You've got access to everywhere except our bedrooms. You're welcome to use to kitchen (so long as you clean up after yourself). You can store food and drinks in the fridge/kitchen.
Общение с гостями
Our house is two guys and a girl. Django and Brianna are Australian travellers who have both hosted and stayed on Airbnb many times. Thiago is a Brazilian guy who has lived in Australia for almost 8 years.
We all work so are out of the house during the day. When we are around we are fun and sociable but also respect people's space. The house has two different living areas/places to hang out so you can really choose to interact with us as much or as little as you want. We go away a fair bit, and so we may not all be home when you stay.
Другие важные подробности
The attic has a large skylight that opens right up. There is no door on the room, but it is private because it is the only room on that level.
There are two bathrooms but one is located in the yard. The only shower is in a room just outside the back door. It's completely private and totally fine but it is unusual having to go outside to get to the shower so don't say you weren't warned.

We are an Australian couple, in a share house with two friends, a Brazilian guy and an Irish girl. We're very friendly, tidy and respectful. Happy to have a chat and give some advice on the area if needed, though we're generally all pretty busy people.
