One large open studio with separate bathroom and kitchen.
Bang in the middle of all the amenities you'll need for your HK trip.
Hugely spacious, light-filled, oozes charm, and much-loved blackout blinds for a restful sleep after a long flight.
Enough room to swing a cat and throw a yoga class! It's huge by HK standards. You'll feel at home here with a spacious living area, natural light, and a clean and tidy relaxed feeling.
The bathroom and kitchen are located along the enclosed, outdoor passageway leading from the main living area.
You have a yoga mat and flexiroll for your use to stretch out on after your flight, or long day out.
Double glazed windows endure sound sleep and plenty of room to even wonder where your companion is hiding!
I have a fold out bed for the floor and a sofa type bed.
You have access to my entire apt.
The bathroom and kitchen are connected to my apt along a cute and character-filled passageway. It's an open area where I've placed mesh to protect the walkway area.
It's a 3Fl walk up (actually 2Fl by western standards).

Другие важные подробности
I have an iron and ironing board for that important business meeting or for meeting friends, internet, and all the kitchen gadgets you need to cook at home. Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels and soap.
My art-filled walls will inspire you.
I have heating and two dehumidifiers as HK can be very humid. If the bathroom is suffering with humidity, leave the exhaust fan on in there and close the door. It will dry out.
If it rains heavily, the open mesh-covered passageway to the kitchen and bathroom can get wet. This is quite a quirky feature, especially in the old HK apts which are brimming with character.
I have drawers for your clothes and a clothes hanging rack. Black-out blinds ideal for a restful night after a long flight, and a massively, comfortable king size bed to get the rest you need.
I have a new sofa bed if you need an extra bed.
If you have one extra person I have a daybed, where the back rest can be folded out and used as an extra single bed for one more person.
The shower is a bit tricky, quirks of an older HK apartment. Place the lever in the middle and turn on slowly (the shower is quite powerful) and use it at mid-power. Once the water starts getting cooler slowly turn the lever to the left hand side and continue to do so until shower is finished meaning hot water is out and needs time to re-boil. Its a typical HK water shower and lots of people have this type of system.
I'm pretty easy-going but please:
1) conserve energy by turing off the air-con or heater on your way out.
2) Please leave your shoes at the front door. It's a shoe free zone, thank you for respecting this Asian custom.
3) Check-in is 1pm. Check-out is 11am.
