Maximum convenience and comfort in this bright cottage with everything you need. Walk or bike to Nashville's 12 South and Belmont-Hillsboro districts, the universities and colleges, the coolest shopping, and a 10-min drive downtown. New for 2016!
This little home once lived 5 miles away, and was delivered in 2006 on a semi-truck to be recycled and restored at its new address. We live in the home next door. The interior is put together for simplicity, comfort and preservation of its 1940's charm.
The house is in the historic Belmont / 12 South neighborhoods near to some of Nashville's best restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Within 2 miles of Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb Universities. Half a block from a large park. Treetop views with good light into every room.
The home is accessed from an alley driveway. The door is on the alley side up an exterior staircase. We use the garage on the ground floor for storage and it is not accessible to guests.

I am a teacher at Meharry Medical College, married to Chris and we have 2 awesome girls (except when they're rotten). ;-) Chris changed careers to become a surgical ICU nurse at Vanderbilt -- he graduated in 2013.
We usually go camping for a vacation, but in 2015 we are going to Paris, Porto and Madrid for a trip that is a lifetime dream!
