Ever wondered what would be like to live in a Victorian terrace house? Now you can. This property is unique as it has heritage features and also modern comforts - a fully equipped kitchen with top of the range facilities, lounge room with nice leather couch, bedroom with plush beds and beautiful clean linen, bathroom with rain shower heads, nice and quiet back courtyard ... It is so close to city mall. Best location to base yourself in if you want to explore Perth. Much better than a hotel room!
This victorian styled Terrace house is full of character. It has three levels with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The ground floor is comprised of a nicely decorated lounge room and modern kitchen/dinning and two small court yards with plants and grape vines. There is a ground floor shower and toilet.
The first floor has two bedrooms, both with ensuite. Each room has a Queen bed. Quality mattress and luxurious linen are provided to make sure a good night sleep. All fittings in the ensuite are new and the room is fresh and inviting.
The second floor is the attic with sky light to provide ample lighting. The attic is huge hence there is an office and lounge area within the attic. It has a queen bed and a sofa which can become two single beds or one queen bed. There is a lot of desk space in the attic. If you need to do some work during your trip, the office is set up with a printer/scanner and internet connection.
The back courtyard is absolutely a little gem if you enjoy a cup of tea with a book. Green grapevines on the wall form an unique pattern and let you soak in all the Mediterranean atmosphere!
The house is fully air conditioned. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking facilities and also has a Nespresso coffee machine. We provide free tea and coffee, fresh milk, bread, jam and butter. We also share some of the foods left or gifted from the previous guests.
Fresh linen and towel are also provided for each guest. Free parking permit comes with each booking.
The home is not big, each level is about 40 square metres. It has two flights of stairs to climb. Please bear this in mind.
The house is arguably the closest house to the CBD and it is located in a quiet side street off the main road. If you don't want an ordinary hotel experience, then you must give it a try.
Unlike most apartments that you must see someone to collect a key or security entry card, this property is a house with its own street front. The home is also equipped with a smart lock therefore you can have easy access with a PIN at any time. The Pin will be sent to you before the check in time. You can check in at anytime and you don't have to meet me if you are more a private person. I totally understand. For long stays, we offer guest passes to visit Perth's best gym - Next Generation in Kings Park!

We live about 30 minutes drive away therefore if you need anything please do let us know and we will try our best to address your needs. We love to meet our guests and show the best part of Perth to our guests but will respect guest's choice.
