This classy modern condo is a 2 bdrm/2 bath with a sleeper sofa in living room - walking distance to everything downtown located across from the Austin Convention Center, blocks to historic 6th Street, the Warehouse District, SOCO, the Capital, and more. Gated covered parking.
4 can comfortably sleep here with two private bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and a pull-out sofa in the main living area. The 2 full baths (one with a tub/shower and the other with a shower) are beautiful with recent renovations.
You will also receive access to free private gated parking for one car should you need it. Since you can walk to everything, you might consider taking the Airport Flyer from Austin Bergstrom International for $1.75 per person. It picks up and drops off in front of the building every 30 minutes and will save you the hassle and expense of a rental car or taxi.
The pedestrian gates and front door all have keyless entry. The parking gate has a remote clicker.
Located one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from 6th Street and the Warehouse District and a few blocks from many other downtown attractions including restaurants, movie theaters, bars, nightclubs, lounges, and live music venues, the location cannot be beat. The Lady Bird Lake walking/jogging trail is just a few blocks away. There is a yoga studio, a Starbucks, an ATM and a taxi stand just across the street. You can walk to the Capitol or Austin Music Hall. The University of Texas is ~1 mile north, a quick bus ride away. SXSW takes place all around this location.
Restaurants within a few blocks include: Back Space, Eddie V's, Parkside, Max's Wine Dive, Mai Thai, Piranha Killer Sushi, Gus's Famous Fried Chicken, P.F. Changs, Uncle Julios, Cedar Door, Moonshine, Easy Tiger, Iron Cactus, Austin Java, Second Kitchen, Swift's Attic, Ironworks, Lamberts, La Condesa, Pesce.
Guests will have access to the condo complex, the condo (the fireplace is non-functional), the secured parking area, the pool area and all that Austin has to offer!

Property is licensed for short term rental as required by the City of Austin. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
All guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the condominium complex pertaining to noise, trash, and smoking violations, etc. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Be advised that noise violations start at $250 per occurrence. These fines can be assessed by the HOA without warning, however, we have never heard of a warning not being issued by a neighbor in advance.
If somebody asks you to keep it down, please immediately accommodate them. If a fine is assessed, it will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please do not smoke or leave trash outside of the unit in the common areas. Please do not smoke in the unit or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
No food/drink in carpeted bedroom areas. Prefer no shoes in bedrooms too.
Pets are strictly prohibited. Please respect this rule or risk forfeiting the security deposit and any fees for damage.
CHECK OUT – Instructions
-Please put used towels in a pile in laundry room.
-Leave used beds unmade so it is known to clean sheets.
-Put dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it.
-Please do a quick wipe of anything messy & trash in the outside can.
-Please sweep floors.
-Make sure all doors are locked.
-Additional fee of $150 cleaning fee will be added after check out if condo is left without the above cleaning done.
A welcome email will be provided after your reservation is confirmed with all of the details for your stay including your unique automatic door lock codes and assigned parking.
