If required, parking is available at $25 for 4 nights. For 5 nights and over, parking is $7 per night. This can be paid in cash on arrival. Please note: This carpark is a stacker, car size restrictions apply -- Height 1.5M, Width 2.0M, Length 4.9M -- this precludes many SUVs, sorry. The clearance into the building is 1.5m for your car. Also check your car antenna before entering the car park, it may be too high and could scrape. Park your car as forward as it can go or the car above (car stackers) may clip yours if not parked properly. Should your require parking, please let me know in advance.
It's an important pre-requisite that no guests other than the two of you are in the apartment. These are residential buildings and neighbours will complain when there are people coming and going. It's a fine balance so please let me make it clear that any form of gathering will result in instant cancellation of your booking. The building has a zero tolerance with this.
Fee for car park is $25- five days and over is $50. The car park is suitable for a small or medium sedan- a 4WD won't fit into the space. The clearance is 1.5m for your car. Wi-fi- is free and is available from the Telstra Free Wi-Fi phone box just outside your balcony! Hopefully it'll still be there and isn't going anywhere! Where've been spoilt for a long time with it si as long as it's active it's free!

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Please leave the apartment as you found it, respect the apartment like you would your own leaving it neat and tidy.
Particular attention to maintaining the cooktop and oven are in a spotless condition after use. Cleaning spay and soft cloths provided. Rubbish can be disposed towards the back of the downstairs car park.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to reallocate you due to unforeseen circumstances to an apartment of equal quality and standard.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless you confirm otherwise.
Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in instant termination. Noise will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
