Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Stone Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Watch glowing sunsets or whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in a fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office. The Annex

We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob, fridge, microwave and good range of crockery & cooking utensils.

Large beachfront home, lovely views, newly and luxuriously renovated, great getaway for families and friends. Wonderful covered veranda looking onto beach and dunes with built-in barbecue. Six bedrooms, great beds, five bathrooms. Secure. Path leading directly onto beautiful swimming beach.

Rooiels Dream Cottage

Fully equipped 2 bedroom ‘Out-of-Africa’ bungalow. Self-catering. Sleeps 4 adults in 2-single beds, 1-queen/double. Loft area w/ skylight views of ocean and a full-size couch. Spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area connects to verandah. Separate bath/shower/toilet. Overlooks RE Nature Reserve with magnificent, unobstructed sunset views of False Bay. 150m to sea. Short walk to local pub/ beach. Braai, garage. Dog friendly but unfenced.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
