We are waiting for you in our accommodation, renovated and with access to the woods, village and cycle paths. In winter warm yourself with the stove and reach Christmas markets (Merano,Bolzano,Trento) in less than an hour on panoramic roads. In summer, venture out towards lakes and meadows or lie down in the garden or visit our vegetable garden. 45 minutes from Bolzano fair. Piste da sci come Folgarida Marileva o la bellissima val d'Ultimo oppure Obberegen in Alto Adige tutte a un ora di macchina.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Wo einst eine große Wiese mit Farnen war, steht nun unser "farnhaus", inmitten der Natur, ruhig gelegen und dennoch schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.
