Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison d'Adi. La maison est très spacieuse, et les lits confortables. Un lit double supplémentaire, qui ne figurait pas sur l'annonce, se trouve dans une pièce ouverte à l'étage, si bien que nous avons pu dormir à 5 personnes sans problème, sans utiliser le salon du rez-de-chaussée comme chambre. Les parents d'Adi, qui habitent la maison voisine, sont très accueillants et parlent le français : quelle bonne surprise, même si nous avions essayé d'apprendre quelques mots en roumain ! Cela rendait les échanges d'autant plus faciles et enrichissants. La maison est bien placée pour visiter le Maramureș (Săpânța, Sighetu Marmatiei, Bârsana, Breb, Borșa, etc.).

Großartig! Elena ist die Mutter von Diana. Sie ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvor kommend. Sie kümmert sich um alles, hatte tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus ist hervorragend gelegen, um Ausflüge mit dem Rad, den Wanderstiefeln oder dem Auto zu machen. Ein riesiges Gelände mit Obst- und Nussbäumen. Als wir dort waren fing alles an zu blühen. Ein Traum! Auch das Haus selbst ist riesig und eher wie 2 Häuser. Ein Teil hat einen separaten Eingang, was für 2 Familien z.B. sehr praktisch sein kann. Elena hat uns auch einen Abend mit ihrer anderen Tochter traditionell rumänisch bekocht. Das sollte man unbedingt machen. Samstags gibt es einen kleinen Markt im Ort. Leider gibt es dort keine Lebensmittel, aber der ganze Ort trifft sich...ein wildes Durcheinander. Elena hat aber auch selbst noch einen Minimarkt, wo man alles bekommt. Einen ganz großen Markt mit Lebensmitteln gibt es in Bistritz. Auch dort sind alle entspannt und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal für den schönen Aufenthalt

Wow, just wow!!! Staying at Cosy Barn was just the retreat we were after. Maria has created two beautiful homes in traditional style, but finished to modern standards. (The kitchen had everything we needed, including a moka coffee maker! And the shower was wonderful!) The gardens are an idyllic respite from the world, peaceful and beautiful. We loved relaxing in the sunshine, with only birdsong and tractors as our soundtrack. Our children (8/10) were in seventh heaven on the trampoline and playing with Maria’s cats, dogs and pony. Maria was the most wonderful host - warm, kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to help us get the most out of our stay. Thank you! NB. We travelled in mid-April, out of season. Breb was beautifully quiet and free of tourists. But this also meant there was only one restaurant open in the village.

Alles ist perfekt! Die Ausstattung, die Lage, die Natur - einfach wunderschön. Es gibt alles, was man braucht und noch mehr… wer die Natur liebt, wird sich sofort wohl fühlen. Sorin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!🫶🏼

A fost o experiență minunată. Locuința arată exact ca și în poze și este foarte curată. Zona este foarte liniștită și cu peisaje foarte frumoase. Gazda a fost foarte receptivă și ne-a ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Mulțumim pentru tot și sigur vom mai reveni dacă vom mai avea ocazia.

An incredible place, with an incredible host. We were greeted with food platters and drinks on the house, and Ovi quickly accomodated requests for extra bed sheets. The location has an amazing view to the lake and the surroundings. The rooms are modern and beautiful and the kitchen is super well equipped. The jacuzzi works brilliant, and the fire place up the hill is an excellent way to end the days at the lake around the fire. Highly recommend this, will definitely try to come back!

During my recent visit to Borsa, I had the pleasure of staying at Cabana, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the picturesque mountains, Cabana offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, with cozy interiors that make you feel right at home. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The views from Cabana are simply breathtaking. Each morning, I woke up to stunning panoramas of the surrounding mountains, and evenings were spent enjoying the serene landscape from the spacious terrace. It’s a nature lover’s paradise, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, wildlife spotting, and simply soaking in the beauty of the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive.

Casa Carolina este o oază de liniște într-un sat liniștit din Maramureș. Decorată în stil tradițional românesc este încăpătoare și primitoare. Am fost iarna, iar casa a fost foarte bine încălzită, apa la dușuri fierbinte (pentru cine dorește asta) și toate utilitățile asigurate. Camerele sunt spațioase, cu paturi comode, iar wifi-ul merge foarte bine. Bucătăria este bine utilată, astfel încât se poate găti și pe cont propriu. Ca în descriere, apa este foarte bună de băut, așa că nu trebuie să duci cu tine apă îmbuteliată. În funcție de disponibilitate și dorințele musafirilor, se poate opta și pentru contractarea unui bucătar local. Noi am avut ocazia să fim răsfățați cu bucate ales și delicioase. În jur se pot face drumeții în natură. Fiind o perioadă fără zăpadă, am optat pentru câteva plimbări în apropiere. Dar vara cu siguranță este mai frumos din prisma activităților care se pot face în aer liber. Noi ne-am simțit foarte bine în Casa Carolina și sperăm să ne întoarcem la vară.
