I dont know Where to begin with this place. Rudy who is excellent met us at the airport and arranged everything and took us to the house. When we walked in the garden it felt unreal. It’s sooooo much more beautifule in real than the pictures. The garden and pool is AMAZING, so is the living area and villas. The stay at the house couldnt be more perfect. You have Rudy who you can call about anything and he Will help you with WHATEVER you need. Then you have two more people who cleans, do laundry and everything else at the house and garden. Dadai and florent. They were also amazing. It was always clean and fresh (no matter how we left it with two small kids doing a lot of mess). This is so worth the money and if youre going to Boracay THIS is Where you should live. Erich is so kind and fixed babychairs and beds for the babies upon our arrival and always answered fast when we were wondering about anything. We are so grateful for this stay and we are going to miss everything. Thank you!

The home was as described. Host was very helpful in arranging transposition for all of us. The home has a really nice view, and pairs well with the pool. It does has a step walk to get to the home but wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle. Thanks for everything!

Lovely home. Very spacious. Place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Hosts were responsive, caretaker was also very accommodating. This would be the perfect place to stay, the only downside to it is since Boracay’s transportation options are very limited and expensive, and since the location is uphill, e-trikes charge a lot to and from Stations 1-3. Was also surprised at the rate for utilities charged at the end of our stay, but since the place was quite affordable, I’d say it’s justified. Thanks Rinaldo and Jean for letting us into your home.

Great place if you’re traveling with a group. Walking distance from the mall and diniwid beach. You can go to station 1,2,3 via beach shoreline. Reasonable price as well.

Accommodating and friendly staff— they provided additional requests like bbq grill, additional fan and 5 gal water for our group. Rooms were exactly how it looked like from listing photos. Quick access to beach front.

The host and guest manager/s was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly ‘til our last day of stay. The location is also very convenient and has easy access to almost everything, specifically the beach proper (Station 2) and restaurants. The room is clean and has this homey and cozy vibe. Overall, we really had great experience and stay! Thank you again~!

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it’s perfect for families! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the beach, and best of all, it’s pet-friendly. Our group included mostly seniors, and everyone felt comfortable and at ease. The host was exceptionally responsive and accommodating, which made the experience even smoother. With its thoughtful amenities and easy accessibility, it truly felt like a home away from home.

What a peaceful retreat! This place has spectacular views and all the comforts of home. Motorcycle is the only way to get to the home so be prepared for a bit of an adventure on some small trails. Highly recommend renting a scooter and exploring the beautiful island. If you are looking for “off the beaten path” this place is perfect.

Had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. I liked being away from the crowds at the beach while still being able make the easy walk over. Although the building is pretty sound proof, I could hear every footstep from the apartment above. That would be my only concern.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

The Host was very responsive and friendly. What we liked the most is that the unit is in the poolside so the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit itself was very modest and we felt at home right away, And its even near D’Mall. Everything looks very well taken care of as well. We’ll definitely book this unit again when we come back to Boracay.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is beautiful—very clean, well-maintained, and absolutely worth it. We arrived earlier than expected (our check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM), but since the unit was already available, Pekka allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted us upon arrival (I forgot her name, but she was very helpful). She took the time to show us around and explain where everything was. Bringing our luggage up was easy too since the building has an elevator. The location is also great—it’s just a short walk to D’Mall. The only minor downside is that e-trikes don’t drop passengers off right in front of Scandi unless it’s a special trip. They usually drop you at the corner, so you’ll need to walk a bit, but it’s manageable. Also, during rainy days, water tends to pool at the corner of the road, which can be inconvenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth it!

Stayed at Joyce’s home for one night & she was very responsive & accomodating! Asked for an early check in & she was very helpful in that regard! The home is located within a 3-5 minute walk from d-mall Boracay & very easy to catch an e-trike to and fro! The home itself is as shown in the pictures, very lovely and comfortable, not to mention a great pool to swim in. The only lop-side to the stay are the stairs to the room but hey I needed my steps in! You can ask the security to help with luggage if you’re not shy enough to ask! I would definitely come back & stay at Joyce’s home!

3박동안 머물렀습니다 4번째보라카이고 올때마다 페어웨이에 투숙했습니다 이번에는 원하는 동으로 배정받을수는 없었지만 저렴한 가격에 투숙할수 있어서 좋았어요 조식은 550페소 추가금으로 먹을수 있었다

Lovely stay at Dennis’ Guest House. The stairs are a bit of a climb, but the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are stunning. The place feels private, with some noise from neighbors, but it’s quiet inside the room. The beach is just some few minutes walk from the house, there’s a short cut. Iv was a great and very responsive host!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Casaleah. If you're looking for a place to truly relax and reconnect with yourself, this is it. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, their genuine warmth really made our stay special. The beachfront location is idyllic, and the sunsets were breathtaking. The peace and quiet allowed us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and simply enjoy the serenity. We spent our time just soaking in the atmosphere, and it was exactly what we needed. The place was also spotless, and the amenities were complete – you couldn't ask for anything more. We highly recommend Casaleah for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. the view is absolutely spectacular! it's a unbelievable way to wake up everyday. you can see the unit from station 1 and from the old west cove ruins. the staff was top notch and everyone serviced us so well. the in room romantic dinner was well worth the price too. we had a wonderful evening. it's part a larger property, so you need to reach out to find out how to get there. I'm use to getting a message on Airbnb before check-in and this one didn't. just a small thing to note when booking this one. I would definitely stay again

Alloggiare a Rock Island è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile…Avere un’isola completamente per sé, una meravigliosa spiaggia a disposizione ed un ottimo staff è fantastico! Pamela si è sempre resa disponibile a fornirci indicazioni ed aiutarci, mentre il suo staff è stato davvero gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. L’isola è splendida ed abbiamo anche fatto un giro su altre isole con la loro barca. Il cuoco, poi, ha reso ancora tutto più speciale grazie ai suoi piatti cucinati benissimo! Insomma, un’esperienza da ricordare e da consigliare!

We had a great stay, the place was great and very appropriate for a family of 5. The location is quiet , it is very near the beach and restaurants. Abigail is also a wonderful host.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Tao's place. The check in process was easy and hassle free. All of the workers at Monaco are hard working, helpful, and very friendly. The other residents are friendly as well. Tao made it easy to stay for 2 weeks. Any requests we made were met within an hour at the most. The location is great it's very peaceful, they have a shuttle that runs to D'mall, and a restaurant on site. The pool is nice and cleaned daily. We would stay here again.
