This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. A ring road around the cabin makes boat parking easy. 3. Enjoy modern comforts - the cabin is well-equipped with wifi, TVs, washer/dryer, and other amenities.

Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home right off the water. House has been completely remodeled inside. Watch the sunset from the living room or patio. Great for family and friends to have a getaway or great for fisherman. Plenty of space inside and outside to hangout with family. We have a gas grill and bluetooth speakers on the patio. Also, if you have a boat/watercraft with trailer there is plenty of parking. We have 50 amp outdoor circuit service available. Wifi and smart TVs.

Beautiful 2 bed room, 2 bath house located at the mouth of Sugar Creek on Elk River. Sunrise and sunsets are fantastic. The house has all the modern amenities required for a comfortable stay. There is a screened in porch overlooking the water. The living room has large windows that allow a beautiful view of the water in comfort. The property has a dock suitable for sunning, swimming, fishing or docking your boat. Bass, Catfish, Crappie and other game fish are available in the lake.

Megan's Lodge

Peaceful country setting, just 3 miles from downtown Rogersville . Close to several boat launches plenty of space to park with boat or trailer. Joe wheeler state park is 7 miles away. You can sit on the side deck, watch the horses eat, and listen to the frogs at night. A short walk across the field and you can be fishing in Plato Branch. Cozy cabin with two queen beds. One private bedroom, second bed in the Loft. Pets are allowed with approval and $50 fee. See notes.
