We had a great stay! The house was very spacious with plenty of room to relax. The video games were a fun bonus and kept everyone entertained. The hot tub was amazing—perfect for winding down in the evenings. The location was also great, close to everything we needed. Chase was a fantastic host—he communicated quickly and provided clear instructions for the home, which made everything super easy.

Was struggling looking for an Airbnb to host 10+ people last minute and can say I genuinely got blessed finding this listing. PLENTY of space and beds to accommodate for 10+ 22-26 year olds, not to mention a very open and inviting living area that made for our pre-event lounging to feel as if we all lived there. House was stocked with plenty of amenities such as towels, extra blankets, etc. which gave extra peace of mind. Was very clean and instructions everywhere which made the stay very easy and enjoyable, will definitely look to book here again next year 😸 (Oh and super friendly and responsive host!)

We were here for a sports competition, and there were six of us. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was a great spot to unwind. We were mainly out of the house for our seminars and trainings, but Philip's home was perfect for unwinding and getting the rest we needed for our tournament. The beds were comfortable enough that one of our guys said he'd lie down just for a moment, but then he fell asleep immediately. Of course, it might just be because we had been in the tournament, but a comfy bed after a lot of physical activity is a huge plus. The backyard is beautiful and very cool with the little koi pond. It was storming when we were there so we weren't out there much, but when it stopped raining, we were able to do some exercises outdoors as well. The neighborhood was also very peaceful. Philip was very responsive with our request to turn the heat down. One thing I did forget was toiletries, but there is a Walmart just 3 minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

This home is beautiful, located in a wonderful and peaceful spot, and is gorgeously decorated. Our host, Karla, was very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. My family of 9 stayed for spring break and enjoyed spending time making memories here, knowing we will be back again! Only recommendation for this home would be to update the listing title as it states a heated pool and hot tub, but there is no hot tub. The hot tub area was considered a kids pool, which our kiddos definitely enjoyed it. Overall, this listing is a great family home, very spacious, and allowed for everyone to feel at home. Book here and you won’t regret it!

The house was clean and cozy, accommodating a party of 6 to 8 people. My stay went smoothly, as we primarily used the space to sleep while being out and about all day. However, we might need a larger dining table for a gathering of 6 or more.

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

The house is very well maintained and very clean. Hosts were great and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would choose this place to stay again if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean. Natalia was easy to communicate with. There were fun surprises, like snacks and activities for the kids. The sound system was a nice touch. We appreciated having the extra space compared to a hotel. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

Nice spot, accessible in the city. Lots of places close to eat an be entertained. Parking and check in was easy and communication was on point.

I was looking for a last minute place to stay near downtown Dallas. This place was great. Easy access, no fuss, comfortable place. As is stated though, it is an older building, so if there are people in the other units, you can hear them.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It was a great location! Close to walk to the convention center and close to a bunch of restaurants. It was a clean apartment and would stay again when we are back in Dallas! The parking spot was a nice perk too!

We stayed here for a quick one night trip, and it was comfortable and cozy! We did have some trouble with the bedroom door, but Cynthia was super responsive and accepting of the feedback, so she deserves the 5 stars for having a great and even better communication skills!

This fit my family of four just fine (8 and 10 year old slept on the couch bed), and it was an easy drive or uber to the Knox /Henderson neighborhood, the Dallas Farmers Market and Deep Ellum. We also appreciated some of the pantry items, too! The full kitchen and patio were great to have. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks y’all!

Awesome. Had a local recommend knox-henderson area and this spot popped up (pun on the pop art intended). Pop over to Pie & Tap for "best pizza of my life"; greatest deals on consignment shopping; and brunch. Didn't have time to see Dallas due to a 1 day trip, but if you're just there to eat and shop, 100% recommend.

We only for one night, but it was everything we needed for stay! Allen was very communicative and kind.

It’s a small apartment but felt like home. It was cozy and quiet. Only thing is the water in showers was a little difficult to adjust the water. We struggled with this all weekend long. Other than this I would stay here again.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

It was very convenient, easy to get everything I needed and get everywhere I wanted to go. Brooke was proactive and checked in to see how everything was going. A great value!

The hosts were very communicative before and during my stay, especially since I ended up needing to extend my stay. The condo was as described and had a beautiful view of Lake Ray Hubbard. The unit was easy to find and parking was a breeze. I'd recommend this property.

Clean & spacious! Had 4 people on our trip and it did not feel crowded at all. Responsive & helpful host! Definitely recommended
