Fantastic place!!! We had a 30 day stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house was very clean and welcoming. Everything you needed for a long-term stay was supplied. Beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range!! Lots of wildlife around the property, birds, hummingbirds, hawks, eagles, elk, mule deer, prong horns, prairie dogs and much more!! Vernon and Mary were very friendly and gracious hosts, and they are close by if you need anything. The town of Westcliffe is a short 15-minute drive from the house with many unique shops and restaurants. We loved our stay, and I am sure you will too!!

This house is a fantastic spot for a vacation! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable which is ensuring a good night sleep. Everything I expected was provided and the house itself is very spacious, making it a great place to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

Kevin’s home is beautiful the pictures do it no justice. Kevin is an accommodating host and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to use the home again. The entire home was clean and spacious. I really felt at home.

We had a really nice stay at Monarch Landing! It was the perfect quiet getaway - cozy and surrounded by nature. The cabin was well-stocked, making it super easy to settle in and relax! There was a brief hiccup with the WiFi, but the host was very responsive and accommodating. Honestly, it felt refreshing to unplug for a bit and fully enjoy our surroundings. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and escape the noise of daily life!

Beautiful place inside and outside. Lots to look at and very relaxing. Be aware of a dirt drive uphill. The road is well packed down but would have been harder in a smaller car. But if you are looking to have quiet and away from the busy area this is where to go!

Very cozy home, with lovely town close by. My family and I absolutely loved this stay, very private and quiet. Amazing view from the kitchen too! The neighbor was also very friendly and lended us a small fire pit and some wood 😊

Spacious, clean and well located for trails and outdoor access (although other side of town for Shelf access). Short drive into town. Good communication. Fun basement games!
