The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

We will definitely have to stay at one of the owners locations again. I will check with them on our next trip to see where their other places are located. They are very nice and responsed to every message very quickly, even at night. The place was nice, comfortable, and everything we needed. I also need to find out the brand of bed and pillows because they are extremely comfortable.

This is the second time we stayed at this Condo. I have interacted with Jaime and Troy on both occasions and found them very professional and responsive. My wife was talking on our way home about returning to Rockport over the July 4th weekend and staying at their condo again for another week, however, someone already beat us to it. Even though we are not able to stay there over the 4th of July weekend we will plan on making another trip there in the future. We were very impressed with the condo on both occasions as well as our dealing with Jaime. You cannot go wrong booking this condo when in Rockport.

Judy was an excellent host with a very clean and inviting space. She provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations! The space was easy to find and everything was just as described! We will definitely book again when traveling to Rockport!!

AvantStay’s place was perfect. It was exactly what I was looking for me and my kids. The beach was walking distance which made it even easier. And they had great recommendations even for the beach carts with great prices. I most definitely recommend booking. I’ve already told family members about AvantStay. I myself will be rebooking in the near future.

The unit was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you need and more. Host was always quick to respond with any questions. The area was under tropical storm warning/watch, host checked on me on several occasions. Best rental overall that I've ever experienced.

Emailed last minute. Great place to stay. They even had rod and reels if you forgot yours. I would use it again. The pier wasn’t available. Again nice place.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience! The house was exceptionally clean and spacious, making it perfect for a family gathering. The open floor plan created a welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to feel connected while still having plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the large deck overlooking the ocean. The view was stunning, and the deck itself was spacious enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. A major bonus was being able to fish right off the deck—such a unique and fun experience! Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space and breathtaking views, this is the perfect place. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house is in a good area. I loved the kitchen. The living room is spacious. Everyone had their space.

This has been the best airbnb location i have stayed at. Everyone was comfortable and the house was very accommodating. The decorations and instructions were all nice and understandable.

WOWWWW…what a magical 10 days our family had at Copano Bay!!! Hands down one of the best AirBnBs to stay at if you love easy access to fishing, shopping, and restaurants. My in laws, who are in their 70s, were able to walk right out the back door and down the AWESOME 300 ft lighted, private pier with their walkers! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The walk in shower in the master suite made the trip possible for my father in law who suffers from Parkinson’s disease. Our host Allison was quick to help out when we needed it! There is no doubt that our family will be making this an annual vacation stop…and hopefully sooner than later!!!

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

Great outdoor space to hang out and relax by the water. Master bedroom was nice and shower was great. Other bedrooms beds were small and meant more for children or smaller adults.

We have stayed in this complex now a couple of times and absolutely love it! Condos are always being kept up. Pool is awesome and love the short walk just over the dune to the beach. Condo was just as described and Lewis was an attentive host

We loved our stay! It was quiet and everything was close by. It was right next to the basketball court which was great for evening activities for my boys.

Everything was great, place was clean and Comfortable. Ralph is a great host responsive to all questions. Would recommend

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

Nice place on canal. Boat docking right outside your door.

We came to fish and had a boat. The boat ramp was less than 100 yards from the condo, boat slip right below our balcony and parking right below the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Jenny was so kind to send over her husband to help us (we are not very tech savvy) get Sunday Night Football on the TV. They are great and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive to our questions. The place was clean and had enough room for all our family. We slept comfortably. Would definitely recommend.

This is a comfortable and beautiful townhome with a water view straight down the canal and two decks to enjoy it from. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower was amazing, kitchen is fully equipped, great AC, and wonderful space. The owner is extremely responsive and flexible. Really loved staying here!
