Our brand new purpose built shepherds hut will allow you to soak up the beautiful Norfolk countryside whilst enjoying the convenience of a warm and welcoming Village pub, set slap bang in the middle of East Anglia with beautiful country walks on your doorstep and easy access to surrounding towns and villages. ​ The double sized bed is tucked away within its' own alcove, giving privacy and separation and boasts a truly five star experience. Rocklands Retreat is situated in the village of Rocklands All Saints NR17 1TU a central mid Norfolk location. 27 mins by car to historic Norwich, 35 mins from Wroxham (Norfolk Broads) 1 hour away from Great Yarmouth and Cromer on the coast. It is run by Anne a private host who will welcome you on arrival. Rocklands is a small peaceful village with a community shop for all essentials, plus local produce, off license, fresh coffee and Norfolk ice-cream. Village pub The White Hart pub is 5min walk

Spacious, family friendly country house apartment

Have a relaxing stay in a spacious, rustic apt in the historic Rokeles Hall, the space features cottage style interiors for guests who appreciate comfort & history. The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. Great wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave & oven (no formal kitchen). Good restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & walks nearby.

Herons, Egrets, and Barn owls are often seen as well as plenty of other wildlife. Privately kept horses are also nearby as well. Once an outbuilding dating over 100 years old, the property has been transformed to a very high-standard living space with everything you need for a short getaway. (Hot tub extra fee).

Detached high quality rural accommodation surrounded with stunning field views for 2-4 guests. The Bolt hole is situated on a quite lane in the small Norfolk village of Scoulton. This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

The Milking Parlour

Totally secluded, with immediate access to lanes, streams and woods, the Milking Parlour offers respite from the stress of everyday life. Once a vital part of Home Cottage Farm, The Parlour has been converted, to a very high standard, into compact studio accommodation. The patio with a cheminea gives opportunity to stargaze our wide East Anglian skies. Local villages have pubs and general stores. Our sparkling city, Norwich, the North Norfolk coast with seals and cubs are for you to enjoy.

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

Green Farm House is set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside at the end of a quiet lane. The quaint village of Redgrave benefits from a village pub serving food & a small village shop. Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Bodney Park Cottage is an incredibly romantic and special getaway. Set on a private estate in rural Norfolk, the cottage has been recently restored to the highest standards, with underfloor heating and top quality amenities throughout. With wonderful natural light and stunning views, guests are free to explore the grounds, woods and river walks. The cedar wood burning hot tub also offers guests the chance to enjoy incredible stargazing at night before cuddling up by the cosy fire.

The Dovecote A11

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Also dogs are most welcome Breakfast supplied and Skyq.

Your own private annex on a newly built house and small holding. Clean, modern, cosy with plenty of room. Only a couple of miles from Snetterton race track and A11. Kitchen and dining area with air fryer, microwave, hotplate etc. Washer/dryer. Private patio which leads out to 4 acre small holding, all fenced in so let your dog have a run if you like (I have two spaniels that might want to say hello). Secure parking on gated drive, room for trailer on drive or at the back field
