We had a great stay! The hosts were very nice, responsive and flexible. The house was comfortable, very well equipped and in a great location; it was only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. There were lots of thoughtful items around the house that we really appreciated (e.g., chargers for our devices, snacks and coffee, area/food guides, games, beach items, bathroom essentials). There were also some great and friendly neighbors that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely return!

Laura’s place was conveniently located and she was super proactive and responsive. It was exactly as described, and had every toiletry and kitchen item you could imagine. Would love to stay again in the summer!

In the area to visit Salem and wanted to be by the ocean. Especially wanted two bathrooms to speed up prep time in the morning. The listing is cozy and clean and has everything. I have food allergies and wonderful listing's such as yours opens the opportunity to travel to families who travel with loved ones who cannot risk eating in some restaurants. The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.

Great stay at this condo in Hampton Beach! Very walkable location and stunning sunrises each morning. Will definitely come back.

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Rented for a week just after Labor Day. The carriage house was great, just as advertised.

Trish’s place is perfect to relax and embrace the Maine views. Extremely walkable to restaurants, shopping and easy access to the Marginal Way. Trish was awesome when I accidentally locked myself out the first morning and the issue was easily addressed. Was exactly the location I needed.

great stay airbnb. unfortunately the directions to get in were not on airbnb. when I reached out to Deb she was slow to respond (but eventually did) but said that everything was listed (which it wasn't). we worked it out later in-person when i saw her in the driveway. she finally noticed, hopefully it is fixed now for any future guests. Deb kind and other than that little mishap, it was a great stay with amazing views!

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pops Ohana! The house not only perfectly matches the description but also exceeds all expectations. The place was very well-suited for our family of 3, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offers all the necessary comforts. The location is ideal: North Beach, which we love, is right across the street in a peaceful neighbourhood. The small balcony is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, especially with a great café nearby within walking distance — or the Wednesday’s fireworks. And when we needed the excitement of the city, it's just a few minutes away by car. Thank you so much, Rachel, for this unforgettable experience!

This was my (and family's) first ever stay at an Airbnb. We felt right at home and had peace of mind staying at this cozy apartment. We brought our dog and he too was comfy. This place is located just minutes away from the SNHU arena and it's surrounding restaurants/bars/night life. Also, there's a lovely park about three blocks away. The kids (and pup) enjoyed that too.

Our hosts were incredibly attentive and easily reachable. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was perfect for our needs. Much appreciated

Our short stay was needed and this location was exactly what we was looking for! Very accommodating, private. Made us feel right at home. Our one complaint would just be the wifi. We struggled to get connected even with simple instructions. All in all, I would DEFINITELY reserve this location for our travels/vacations in the future! Thanks, Rick

Emplacement et appartement idéal, avec deux salles de bain complètes. Magnifique vue et grande terrasse. Marko très sympathique et disponible. Répond rapidement à toutes demandes ou questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu négligé et demanderait un peu plus d'attention et de propreté. Nous en avons fait part à Marko qui s'est montré très intéressé à remédier à la situation. C'est un hôte vraiment agréable.

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

I booked this place because of reviews indicating the place was clean, spotless and I can confirm it was. It's right off of Highway 1, about 20-min walk from the town center. Thank you Denise for being a great host and for being very responsive and flexible.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.
