Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Historic home , built 200 years ago. Home is totally powered w/ solar energy. Bright sunny, country style w/ lots of wood, tile, granite counters & European kitchen. Noodles the cat to greet you Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and patio umbrella & seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side include fire pit, kayak, canoe, paddleboards PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. A small slice of heaven!

Welcome to the House On The Hill located in the heart of Deerfield, NH—a quiet place to unwind and take in the sites. Stay in our beautifully furnished apartment that offers a functional kitchen, one queen-sized bedroom, private bath, balcony and living area. The apartment includes: Private entrance, additional full size portable bed, 41” television, Free WiFi, microwave, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.

Private 3rd Floor 1BR Attic Studio

This is a 3rd floor attic studio fully furnished right off the highway. Guests can enjoy a beautiful huge park for a backyard, and is minutes from downtown. No real kitchen in the unit but is equipped with; microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate and a coffee machine. Parking is not available on the premises but lots of street parking is available across the building all the time and is free.
