The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

Darold’s home exceeded our expectations. The location of the house on the south hill was perfect. It had a very homey feel, and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! We stayed for a graduation and the house had all the amenities. It was very clean when we arrived. The space was dog-friendly. Alena responded quickly to questions I had. Overall great place! :)

This was our second time staying at Jeffrey's place and we felt right at home. Checking in is super easy. The house was super clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Our kids loved playing the piano and hanging out in the front petting the neighborhood cats. Finally, Jeffrey is always very proactive and responsive in his communications. We hope to be able to stay at Jeffrey's place again next year!

It was great staying in the Perry district. The house met our needs perfectly, with room for everyone and a great fenced yard for my dogs. Comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay. Not fancy, but homey.

This was a very comfortable and affordable place to stay, close to the action of downtown Couer d' Alene and surrounding area. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet neighborhood, with numerous deer wandering the neighborhood. Being pet friendly was an added bonus. Merry is easy to get in touch with.

The cabin was rustic, cozy, and secluded at the top of the hill which we loved! The check in process was a breeze and staff at the campsite were super friendly. Perfect distance from town too. Would definitely recommend friends/family to stay here.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway with my husband. Quiet and peaceful, yet just 10 minutes from downtown CDA restaurants, parks & shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with windows on all walls to see the beauty outside. We enjoyed sitting in the gazebo watching the sun go down and the boats go by. Katherine was always available to help with any questions and local recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay and the pool was perfect for our kids and their cousins, aged 6-9. Will definitely be planning to stay here again when we are in the area next!

I wish we could have stayed longer!!! I knew this place was going to be a Haven from the photos… but it exceeded expectations in every way. I’m going to have to hunt down more weekends away in Spokane just to get to stay here!! Perfect couples get away. Very private and peaceful. It has all the amenities to rest and relax. I was surprised how close it was to a local grocery, downtown dining, and state park trails! You feel nicely secluded out there, but need to run for eggs and butter… it’s just down the street! Thank you Dolly!!!! So welcoming!

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

We had a fantastic stay here and thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub in winter, and in privacy which was special! Enough space to spread out comfortably in each room. If come back again! The host was very responsive and accommodating. A plus!

Perfect getaway! This place is actually really cool! The house is spread out for easy entertaining and the pool area is just flat awesomeness! We had such a great time and cant wait to return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. The yard has chickens free roaming all over throughout the day and it was so fun to see them and hear the beautiful rooster out there doing his job taking care of his ladies and watching over them. So fun and a great way to clear your mind of all the daily stresses that don't matter anyway. And the tiny house was gorgeous inside and so comfortable. Everything we needed was easily available to us. Thank you so much Lisa! We hope to revisit the area soon and, of course, stay at the tiny house again!

Charlaine’s place was great, very roomy, very clean, lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable there and would book again.

We loved our time in CDA and at Dana's home. Super quiet neighborhood, we walked everywhere! We'd definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the lake!

We checked in February 21 and stayed for 7 weeks. Communication was excellent, and Gwenyth was super quick to respond to any questions. Home was extremely clean and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. The beds and covers were very comfortable. The house looked exactly like photos and the description was right on. Treats were there for our dog when we arrived as well as a comfy cover.

What a great place. Sparkling clean in a very remote area. Plenty of wild life. Only about 10 minutes from downtown.

A rare find so close to Coeur d'Alene with amazing views and a very secluded property. Very modern property with all the amenities. The hosts were very communicative and eager to please. The tram was a huge plus to get to/from the dock to enjoy the lake eye level. Wish we could spend the whole summer there!
