The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Little Haven is a comfy cabin, with off-road parking. The property sits at the gateway to the picturesque Sandy beach of Rock, which is a 15/20 min walk. Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

Close to the heart of the town, 3 minutes to the harbour, you'll find the cottage feels secluded and private. Well appointed and cosy, the Cottage is very close to all that Padstow has to offer including great eateries, spectacular walks and fantastic beaches.

The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. There is a dining table for two, a retro leather sofa and a spotty Laura Ashley armchair to relax in and enjoy the Samsung smart LED television. The double bedroom has a beautiful feature freestanding bath plus another smart telly! Grohe shower, toilet and basin in a contemporary shower room. Outdoor dining table.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
