There's a traditional front porch and covered deck/porch out back as well great for work groups. Alley parking and front street parking with room for a trailer or larger trucks. Small town feel close to the Mississippi, but less than 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect for MVP fair week, Bix, Farmers Market, River Bandits, Credit Island visit, and much more. This unit is a 3rd floor walk-up, reminiscent of those old Chicago buildings with the back balconies. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

My Awesome Fort Above The Garage!

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

There's also a dog park with an agility course right down the hill on 15th Street & 8th Avenue. If your furry friend is feline, cat(s) welcome too!

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!
