The hall and kitchen have a flat-screen TV, kettle with tea, coffee & milk powder, fridge, toaster, microwave, induction cooker alongwith some basic utensils. This unit is on the 2nd floor of Maison Souvenir. We have four other units of varying sizes in the building. This can be combined with Peace 1 to form a 2bhk for those looking for 2bhks.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, lobby, kitchen and a balcony. THERE IS NO LIFT IN THE BUILDING. Both the bedrooms and lobby have AC. Both the bathrooms have geyser. One of the bedroom has king size bed and other queen size. There is one extra mattress available for 5th person. Kitchen has fridge, induction cooktop basic cooking pans , water filter.

The flat is 50 meters from the seashore and about 500 meters from the Gandhi Statue, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, and many cafés and restaurants. Getting around is easy with autos, cab rentals, and scooter rentals nearby. We provide secure car parking, and being on the ground floor makes the unit convenient for senior citizens.
