We had a wonderful day, and James was extremely helpful and provided all the details we needed. The hut was clean and well kept, with lovely decor to add to the beach day. We will definitely hire again in the future.

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

Great beach hut just as described, was easy to book, to find, and get inside. We had amazing fish and chips from the chip shop up the road. Really handy for a day on the beach, the weather turned during the day so if we hadn’t had it we would probably have just had to go home. Even has a little changing area if you are brave enough to swim.

What a wonderful enclave. Comfortable, extremely quiet, right on the water with seaside walks stretching for miles in either direction. The outdoor kitchen is fun, and the seating private despite being so close to the path. Kay is the consummate host, welcoming and ready with suggestions while giving space. Would happily visit again.

We primarily chose Slip Cottage for its location and private parking, as we know parking in Whitstable can be difficult. The cottage was just minutes from the sea front and surrounded by nice Independent shops and galleries. There were so many places to eat that we only used the very well equipped kitchen to make cups of coffee! The location is down a private lane, not a through road so very quiet. The neighbours were very friendly. Although only a double, the main bed had a really good mattress and was very comfortable. All the furnishings were good quality, with twin beds in the second bedroom. With two full bathrooms there was a choice of shower or bath, plus a downstairs loo as well! Stephen was a great host offering lots of advice about favourite places to eat. He also kindly texted once the cottage was ready so that we could go in earlier than the published arrival time. All in all a great find which we would happily return to.

We have just been back to Richard's house this weekend for the 4th time with a group of friends - and had a wonderful time as always. The house is absolutely perfect for a group holiday - clean, spacious lounge and kitchen/diner, amazing location with wonderful views over the harbour and the pool room downstairs added a fun dimension. Plenty of bathrooms and toilets really helps too! We didn't use the cars at all - we had plenty to do within walking distance including the beach, the harbour and tennis at spencer square which has a little cafe selling delicious cakes. Pugin's house and church are just up the road. There was an open day while we were there - well worth a visit. Would highly recommend Marc-Pierres's restaurant a 2 minute walk away - he serves fish dishes cooked to perfection. Looking forward to returning next year!

It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

It was a great place for a family - with playground in 50 meters and sea in 15 minutes walk. The amenities were a bit outdated but mostly good enough. Just a bit more cleanness is desirable.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway! We had a fantastic weekend – a really memorable break for all of us. I travelled with my three daughters and two grandchildren, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The caravan felt like a home from home, providing all the comfort we needed for a stress-free stay. Its cosy, well-equipped interior made settling in so easy, and we instantly felt relaxed. The location was perfect – right next to the beach, which was a big hit with the kids, and the site itself had excellent amenities. Everything we needed was right there.. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway! We would love to come back …..

We had the most wonderful stay at Parkdean, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the very beginning, the host's communication was absolutely top-notch – clear, friendly, and super efficient. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for our whole trip. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more – we genuinely couldn't believe the amazing value for money. For the price we paid, we got so much more than we expected! It's rare to find somewhere that offers both quality and affordability, but this place really nails it. The whole experience felt like a little slice of luxury without the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway that doesn’t break the bank, this is it. We’re already planning our next visit!

We wanted a short getaway for a night away with kids we found nicks Airbnb and booked for the night and was extremely happy with the stay 5*

We have just spent two nights at Sandra's caravan. It exceeded all of our expectations. You couldn't get any closer to the Clubhouse and Pool if you tried. Lovely caravan ,even with a lovely bath. Beds all comfortable and even a lovely surprise on arrival of Wine ,Beers and sweets. The caravan is fully equipped with everything that you need for a short or long stay. The club wasn't serving food ( only pizza) unfortunately however the pub across the road is amazing and couple of minutes walk away. Will definitely be returning.

What an incredible location! We loved the sea views and being able to walk into Herne bay for an ice cream so easily. You had everything we needed and were so helpful if we ran into any problems. Don’t miss visiting this gem if you get the chance!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

We had an absolutely lovely day at the beach hut. It's a short walking distance from the station, the hut was simple to find and we couldn't believe how peaceful it was being a couple of rows up - even on a busy bank holiday weekend. The large decking area was perfect to lay out the table and chairs and enjoy our picnic with wonderful sea views. Would love to visit again and highly recommended.

Cute little chalet with wonderful views of the sea. Comfortable, clean and cost, just perfect for a break away to explore the local area. With Whitstable, Faversham and Canterbury a short driving distance this was a great base.

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

We are just on our way home from a lovely stay in Herne Bay with our two children. The apartment was immaculate and roomy, enough space for us all to stay comfortably and we very much felt at home. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side but the apartment is right opposite the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future! Lisa's place is really well equipped, comfortable and homely. The communication throughout was very quick and helpful. Beach less than 5 minutes walk and we enjoyed the sea views from the kitchen and lounge. Would come back anytime. Thanks, Lisa!
