Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft, die zwar etwas schwer zu erreichen ist, aber die mühevolle Anreise mehr als wert ist. Die traumhafte Lage ist einfach atemberaubend – weitläufige Felder, die mit Zypressen und Olivenbäumen gesäumt sind, schaffen eine Kulisse, die wie aus einem Toskana-Bilderbuch wirkt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und charmant. Sie haben uns mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung versorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass unser Hund sich ebenfalls pudelwohl gefühlt hat und wir somit als Familie eine entspannte Zeit genießen konnten. Zusammenfassend können wir diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der die wahre Schönheit der Toskana erleben möchte. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – hier kommen wir gerne wieder.

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

La casa è bella, rispecchia le foto. Particolarmente apprezzata la camera per i ragazzi al piano superiore con vista mare. Gli spazi sono ben strutturati, anche la veranda esterna è ben allestita, l'abbiamo sfruttata per colazioni e qualche cena, comoda la doccia esterna con acqua sia calda che fredda. Pozzarello è a pochi passi da Porto Santo Stefano raggiungibile anche a piedi attraverso il percoso pedonale costruito sulla ex ferrovia. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla, vicina a piccole spiagge e anche a percorsi trekking molto belli, con viste panoramiche incantevoli. Per noi è stato il punto d'appoggio ideale per visitare le varie caletta che offrono uno splendido mare! La consigliamo caldamente!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Il mio compagno ed io abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana con il nostro cane di taglia media. Un soggiorno di relax, casa ampia e fornita e punto forte il giardino! Oltre a noi anche il nostro cane lo ha apprezzato tanto. Antonio e la moglie sono davvero gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti in caso di necessità Soggiorno bellissimo!

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

Prachtig uitzicht van het dakterras, ruim, heel mooi. Minpunt: hoge en niet gemarkeerde tree in de keuken. Oppassen!

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Scelta per visitare la vicina città di Grosseto, è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e perfetta per godere al meglio della vicinissima spiaggia di Marina di Grosseto. Check-in facile con il disponibile Raffaele. Parcheggio nel palazzo comodo soprattutto nel periodo di alta stagione.

Claudia molto gentile, educata e reattiva. Casa comoda, con molti comfort, pulita e in una zona tranquilla. il parcheggio privato é estremamente comodo, casa attrezzata per tutte le esigenze necessarie. Cucina completa, comoda e attrezzata per ogni evenienza. Nei dintorni supermercati, bar e locali, che permettono all’ alloggio di essere molto comodo. Torneremo sicuramente!

This apartment has a view from every window - even the bathroom! It is on the quiet side of town, and was extremely quiet at night, but only a short walk to good restaurants and cellers. I stayed 2 weeks while studying at the language school on the far side of town, and I could not have made a better.l choice. Very comfortable bed and seating in the kitchen, and Giacomo was a friendly and responsive host.

Sonia was very proactive and responsive. The apartment was as described and clean and with an incredible view. Having a nearby dedicated parking spot was immensely convenient as well!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer. Mauro hat uns persönlich empfangen und viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben. Er ist super nett und war immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Stadt und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

Appartamento piccolo ma molto ben attrezzato, in posizione centralissima. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole soggiornare in un paese straordinario come Cortona.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Laura gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war schön so schnell am Strand und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang in den Ort zu gelangen. Die Betten waren bequem, die zwei Badezimmer sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war einfach und sie hatte Zeit uns persönlich zu begrüssen und in dir Wohnung zu führen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, die Lage war exzellent.

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

Nice apartment with large patio including a barbecue, ocean views with sunrise. Garage with door available short walk away, somewhat tight but fits small/medium-sized vehicle. Walkable 10-15 minutes downhill to nearby restaurants and stores. Great host, readily available and helpful.

Simona è stata gentile e disponibile fin dai primi contatti della prenotazione. L’appartamento è ben curato, pulito e offre tutto il necessario per trascorrere in tranquillità e comfort un ottimo soggiorno. La zona è nei dintorni di Porto Santo Stefano che si può raggiungere in meno di 5 minuti in macchia e volendo anche a piedi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra neonata di 3 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo, Simona ci ha anche messo a disposizione un lettino per lei. Assolutamente consigliato!
