Attorno corre la rete dei sentieri del Parco, percorribili in bicicletta o trekking. Dista circa 1 km dalla frazione vicina, 7 km dal paese di Zocca e 10 km da Guiglia, 50 min. da Modena e Bologna.

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. A soli 500 metri dal centro del paese in zona poco trafficata (le uniche auto di passaggio sono quelle dei residenti), offre la possibilità di soggiornare in zona tranquilla, immersa nel verde ma a due passi da tutti i servizi. Scuole, negozi, medico di guardia, farmacia ecc. sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

The Tower in Borgo Fontanini

The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
