Excelente departamento con todo lo necesario para quedarse. Fuimos con mi bebé de 1 año y tenía de todo para facilitarnos la estadía. El parque Chacabuco es súper lindo y grande para pasear en familia. Tuvimos una cambio de planes en los días y todo lo que solicitamos a Lucila accedió sin ningún problema. Es una anfitriona muy buena y empática. Lo recomiendo al 100%

El lugar es súper cómodo, disfrutamos mucho de las piscinas ya que fuimos en verano tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina y todo muy claro y se agradece mucho que nos dejara salir más tarde de la hora del check out fue una experiencia hermosa sin duda volveré cada vez que vaya a Buenos Aires

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Absolutely loved my stay! Puerto Madero is stunning, quiet, scenic, upmarket and safe, but just a short stroll from the buzz of San Telmo. The building feels like a 5-star hotel; I kept expecting someone to offer me a welcome drink. The apartment itself? Even better than the photos. Everything worked perfectly, great water pressure, amazing AC, fast Wi-Fi, and spotless throughout. Super comfy and really welcoming, like it was genuinely pleased to see me! Perfect for working remotely too. And the gym? Not your usual sad treadmill facing a wall, this one actually motivates you to work out. A fantastic base in one of Buenos Aires’ best spots. Would definitely stay again, might even wear a robe and pretend I live there.

Fuimos al departamento en Familia con mi compañera y mi hijo, teníamos un evento en la zona y nos vino al pelo, todo muy bien por suerte, cómodo y silenciosos gracias a los doble vidrios y con el blackout no sabes cuándo es de día o de noche😅, muchas gracias ojalá se repita, saludos y que se pueda seguir disfrutando ese lugar

la casa de Ariel y Tania tiene todo lo q necesitarás para descansar y desconectar. La zona es hiper tranquila. Los atardeceres en el parque son bellisimos! mis hijos no dejaron de jugar al fútbol ni un minuto, en el extenso parque del predio. Pudimos disfrutar de asados en la galería y tardes de mate junto a la pileta. Esperamos volver pronto!
