Adjacent to Routt National Forest and the Zirkel Wilderness. Moose, elk, deer, pronghorn, bear, wolf, fox, and many bird species call this special place home. Cabin is an off-grid, dry cabin. Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

Mountain Chalet sits at the end of the road on a stunning 1.5 acre lot of pine forest. Bordering the pristine wilderness of the University of Denver 720 acre Mountain Campus and near the wilderness expanse of the Roosevelt National Forest, wildlife sightings are common among the majestic pines far from the sounds of traffic or city life. A quiet property for the true escape to nature. Only 1.4 miles off the main Red Feather Lakes Rd. 74e, and only 45 minutes to downtown Ft. Collins.

Secluded Laramie Retreat 2

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Fenced back yard. Pets are welcome. Two bedrooms with two baths plus twin bed. No cell service or wi fi on site due to location. Landline provided. There is Dish satellite tv. I provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, spices and eggs if my chickens are generous! Additional BR available upon request.
