We enjoyed our stay while visiting friends in the area! Convenient location, easy to find, quiet neighborhood. Lots of essentials provided: kitchen items, toys for the kids, extra trash bags- all the little things that make it feel like home. Loved listening to the birds from the back patio in the morning. When a minor issue popped up, Megan and Joel responded quickly and offered solutions. We would stay again if we return to the area!

Conveniently located place. It was nice to watch the deer from the back deck.

WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Last time we came in the Spring. Kathi was super helpful. We had some weather issues and she helped us resolve it with her flexibility. We are so grateful. We enjoyed time with our children and granddaughter. We played lots of games . Had groceries delivered and enjoyed home cooked meals with family! Close to many restaurants and activities if you like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lotus Place in Roanoke. We were in town for a concert, and it was a wonderful, clean, comfortable, and quiet house to rest for the night before our drive back home. The neighborhood was friendly, and the access to the highway was very straightforward. The bathroom and bedrooms were pristine as well and very comfortable.

It was clear that Kareem has put a lot of thought and care into this Airbnb. It is a clean, comfortable, attractive space and Kareem was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Kelli's place was absolutely perfect for our party of four + dog! We were visiting for a wedding with many events throughout the week, frequently coming & going. Location was very convenient to downtown & just off the main road for us. We particularly appreciated that while the place felt homey, it wasn't overly full of decorations covering every surface, making you feel like your belongings are going to get easily lost. It was well equipped to cook at the place & we wanted for nothing! Kelli was extremely kind & accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay here again!

We highly recommend this place! We especially appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen, the super interesting architecture and interior design, the many comfortable seating options, and the gorgeous natural surroundings.

We would definitely stay here again as a good alternative to staying in downtown Blacksburg during a VT football game. The family does currently live there, but they do a great job placing their stuff so it doesn’t appear that way. It’s a very cute home in a nice neighborhood.

The place was really special. The view from the balcony was picturesque. I was just sorry I had to work and couldn't spend more time taking in the views. Michelle did a great job communicating with me. Everything was exactly as proposed. The place had everything I needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Thank you again and I may be back when work calls.

What an incredibly wonderful stay. Host reached out each day just to see if we needed anything. Dropped off snacks. Gave us local recommendations to eat which we utilized and loved. The place backs up to a forest like privacy backyard. Very clean. And beds super comfortable. Wonderful stay for my daughter and I on a college visit and to play some golf! Can’t wait to come back.

We had a very nice stay at the Sunflower Suite. Patricia and Gene's place is super comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the morning. We would happily stay here again.

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We felt right at home. It was wonderful to enjoy coffee and snacks before we left for an event. It is also a short drive to the stadium for football games. Katrina even left us a set of beautiful potholders. I highly recommend if you’re ever traveling or working in the Blacksburg, Virginia Tech area.

The mill was a perfect place for us. We love history and the setting was beautiful. For such an old structure we found it to be warm,cozy, beautiful and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows were wonderful. We enjoyed taking our E bikes out even at 43*! Very scenic and little to no traffic on the road. Such a gem! Many thanks to the hosts for creating a lovely getaway and sharing it with the rest of us!

It's always a pleasure to stay at Miss Susan and Mr. Tom's charming bed and breakfast. It is beyond comfortable and inviting. The breakfast muffins were just wonderful 😊

Check in was easy. It was larger than we expected. Plenty of room for 2-5 people. If one person slept on the couch. We’d definitely book again. Thank you for sharing you place with us!

I'm an old man, experienced enough to never use the word "perfection." All of my experiences with Airbnb have been between "good" and "really nice," My wife's and my experience with Philip and his wife was as close to "perfection" as I expect things to get. We will be returning to visit them again. Doesn't hurt that they live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.
