We loved our stay here! The condo was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the two of us. Charming decor, comfortable bed, good shower, and everything else we needed. There was some seaweed on the beach as we expected was possible coming this time of year but it did not ruin our experience at all. The trade off of having a secluded beach all to ourselves was well worth it! It was an incredible experience. Mandy is an incredible host and provided us with everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and tranquil vibe.

Had a very relaxing 2 week stay. We rented a golf cart and visited all the nearby restaurants. Lots of music at different locations. Enjoyed spending afternoons in our private pool. Everything was very clean. Thanks Ron.

The house was right on a beautiful beach, clean and roomy. Susana who received us was very helpful and friendly and after walking through the house she followed up with sending us all the details by email . Friendly, helpful and professional Truly 5 stars

Desde que llegamos nos encantó el fraccionamiento, la vista a la laguna desde el departamento es preciosa, súper tranquilo el lugar, cuenta con absolutamente todo para poder pasar tus vacaciones bastante comodo, Sara, que es con la que tuve contacto, muy atenta y amable, el departamento está bastante amplio, las camas están muy cómodas, te dejan lo esencial como papel de baño, shampoo. jabón de cuerpo y 3 toallas para cuerpo en cada habitación, cuenta también con bastantes utensilios de cocina. En las habitaciones y sala de estar hay aire acondicionado. Para entrar a la laguna si hay que caminar alrededor de 5 min ya que solo hay 2 entradas y están un poco retiradas del departamento pero de ahí en fuera, las albercas siempre están súper limpias y con muy poquita gente. RECOMIENDO APMPLIAMENTE EL LUGAR, vale toda la pena y espero poder regresar pronto, si visito Cancún no dudaría en volver a alojarme aquí. (EL LUGAR ES IGUAL AL DE LAS FOTOS)

Villa Corazon is amazing & Humberto literally saved our vacation. First, the place is so spacious, clean, comfy beds, AC worked great, kitchen had all the essentials, & of course the backyard, patio, & pool are like a dream. Puerto Aventuras is a cute gated community with great restaurants, and so fun to cruise around on the golf cart visiting the dolphins at the marina. The beach was close & beautiful too. The location is perfect for Tulum, Xcaret, & cenotes. Humberto is so kind & helped us throughout our stay. When our rental car broke down he immediately organized shuttle options for the rest of our stay. His recommendations were the best. The drivers, the pool guy Daniel, & private chef Jonathan were all so great. Pool day w/chef was the best way to relax. When you stay here you gain a new friend who knows all the ins & outs & truly cares that you have an amazing vacation. We recommend 100x over! We were there for spring break with our 3 kids, who all lived their mejores vidas!

Had a great time. Place was quite and private, perfect for a relaxing time with my family. Highly recomended for anyone looking to unwind. Host and staff were very helpfull.

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

Due to a/c issues we were unable to stay in the original unit listed. Diego had found a replacement condo in the same building for us even before arriving.Diego was extremely communicative and found several ways to ensure our stay was still great! Our family enjoyed staying at La Amada as it is very family friendly!
