This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with King Beds and a couch with a pull-out bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. In addition to the bathroom, there is a "jack & jill" vanity with sink and a large walk-in closet. Family room has an 85" TV and fireplace, and both bedrooms have a 40" TV.
