You will experience our finely furnished family home with modern technology & conveniences, originally the one-room North Round Prairie country school from 1875 to 1945. Deluxe features include nature trails, wildflowers, sitting areas, full garage access, and a working cattle farm provide a one-of-a-kind, quality experience. A 3rd bedroom suite upstairs was added in '22!

Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. It maybe small at 375 sf, but it has all the features of most hotels with one queen bed and a full bed in the loft. Located near downtown Springfield, IL and many Abraham Lincoln attractions. Deer often walk around the property which is on a quiet dead-end residential street. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and extra pillows. Watch Netflix, Hulu, and Disney also.

Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment Near the Capitol.

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. Welcome to our mid 1900s caboose TP&W 527 and step back in time. Unwind and relax as you settle into your retreat. Enjoy the view from the cupalo as you browse through one of the books on board, or sit at your dinette and enjoy a board game. Sit out back in one of the adirondack chairs around your own private fire pit and enjoy s'mores, or just a peaceful evening. The caboose has been completely renovated and many modern convienences added. You'll love this unique and romantic escape!

Historic Enos Park Apartment

Positioned just a couple of blocks from historic downtown Springfield and Memorial and St. John's hospitals, you'll be within walking distance of endless restaurant options, shopping, sites, and events. Thoughtfully and intentionally set up with our guests in mind, this upstairs apartment provides a perfect opportunity to rest and/or explore. Hosted by Inner City Mission, this listing supports a local ministry and its people. Note: Guests must be able to navigate a flight of stairs.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

This cozy 2-bedroom country house sits on 8 acres, sleeps 4 and overlooks Clinton Lake with amazing views. We offer a hot tub, heated pool, kayaks, 10 miles of hiking, hunting, and horse trails. The boat ramp is located at the end of the driveway and across the street. We are located 30 minutes between Bloomington & Champaign. All guests must be 18+. Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. We have some of our fan favorites like the corn bin, swings, the stadium, and goat feeding available for guests to enjoy as well as a beautiful, stocked pond for fishing. The view out the double eight foot sliding doors or off the deck overlooks the pond and the rolling hills with a beautiful view for your enjoyment. Come out and enjoy the farm!
