This super fun house is perfectly located in Riverside; Jacksonville's most fun neighborhood. You can walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, and more. We'll also send you a link to our personal G00gle doc with local tips for things to do, where to shop, and where to eat/drink. Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Studio guest suite with queen bed and kitchenette in beautiful Miramar neighborhood, just 5 minutes from historic San Marco. Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

Less than 5 minute drive to Riverside's Historic 5 Points. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and 25 minutes from beaches. There's a small fence separating my main house, enjoy sitting outside. My Newfies might peek over the fence every now and then to say hello :)
