Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.

In its former life the Lodge catered to the needs of high end tourists traveling in Southland The Lodge was purpose built in 2003 by a craftsman builder with the juxtaposition of old and new blending seamlessly.

Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. The unit is a magical spot where you are completely separate and private. It contains a queen bed, a small kitchen with a cooktop and microwave. There is a large well appointed bathroom and a nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink, catch up on emails or read a book.
