This guesthouse has full bath, kitchen nook, sleeping loft with queen bed, t.v., and high-speed internet. It is nestled on private acres shared by horses, goats, chickens and owners primary residence.

We are 20 min by car to Bellevue and 30 min to Seattle with convenient proximity to World Cup 2026 games. Also 30 min to Redmond & Snoqualmie Pass and 40 min to Sea-Tac airport. Located amongst world class singletrack MTB, gravel riding, hiking, kayaking, & climbing. Go out and see all that the area has to offer.

Queen bed and mattress and living room couch have recently been replaced! Located 5 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls, golf course, I-90, and 25 minutes from Snoqualmie skiing, Bellevue (20 minutes) and Seattle (35 minutes).
