This cosy 1 bedroom flat is situated in a conservation area in the old Peterhead Town Centre and forms part of a traditional looking area. Ideally located near all the central amenities such as pubs, restaurants and cinema. This property would be suited for solo travellers or couples passing round the North East Coastal Route past the ‘Bullers of Buchan’ and local beaches which are the perfect viewing spot for the Aurora Boreallis on a clear night. Located just 20 minutes drive from Aberdeen International Airport it is a highly accessible countryside location with local amenities and beautiful attractions. Explore the local area and see the seals at Newburgh beach just 2.5 miles away with adjoining golf course. On the farm there are cattle, sheep and arable crops. The grass fields surrounding Ewe View often are home to the cattle and sheep.

'Muggans' (named after the Mugwort that grows by the steps) is entirely off-grid and has everything you'll need for a comfortable and memorable getaway, including a wood burning stove to keep you cozy, a wood fired hot tub to soak in under the stars and pizza oven for luxury campfire cooking.

Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

We are located in the peaceful countryside, 5 minutes from Cruden Bay village and its beach & renowned golf course, 10 minutes from Peterhead, 15 minutes from Ellon and 40 minutes from Aberdeen.
