My husband and I stayed here for a concert at the Fillmore and we really enjoyed our stay! Garrett and Sarah were extremely responsive and welcoming. I liked that there were two entrances to the Airbnb, the exterior entrance being the primary one we used. It had a helpful motion sensor light for when we got back and it was dark out and auto locked behind us. The location is great and Ubers were very quick and affordable. Street parking was free but limited. We were able to find parking right in front of the Airbnb after a few laps. I really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit (and that there were pods/dryer sheets for use) as my husband just came from a week long trip and needed to wash his clothes. Two minor things: - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as we could hear footsteps above us, but this is expected given the age of the building! - be hyper-aware on the streets at night as there was a solicitor yelling at the corner when we got our doordash delivery

Very nice place to stay, easy to get to downtown Denver and there were some great food options close by.

Great spot to set up camp in Denver area. Excellent location, safe, dog-friendly (had some treats, poop bags, bowls etc). Nice patio spot & convenient first floor access. Awesome bathroom setup. Would stay again.

I had a great stay! The place was peaceful and in a convenient location, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was very clean and well-kept. The full kitchen was a big plus for me, as I like to cook my own light breakfast. Adi and Tomer were excellent hosts—clear and helpful with their instructions, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend

We stayed for my daughter's wedding and had plenty of space for everything we needed to do there! It is a beautiful location and so cool to have the whole second floor with a huge patio. The building is very secure and we had an easy time getting our key and managing finding parking nearby.

David's place was a perfect find for our one month stay. It was not super fancy, but we had cats, and he was so very generous and forgiving about them. The kitchen is great. It looks good, and it has been updated recently. There is everything there that you will need. Somone had taken the can opener and sink stopper. David replaced both in a flash. I needed to bring in a piece of furniture due to my mobility issues, and David even offered to come over to move it in and set it up! It was such a gift to have a washer and dryer, and all supplies were there. I mentioned the need for more hangers, and we received those and extra wash cloths the same day. The two bedrooms make it possible to have more guests or to choose beds. We found that the bed in the room with the desk was the best; in fact, it was quite comfortable. That is a lot to say when you are in a place for a month! I can't say enough about how wonderful David is, & how helpful he is to his guests! Consider his place!

The place was exactly as Cyndi described, and the location was indeed great: about a 10 minute walk to the convention center or Union Station. Very spacious, fun rec room and good fitness center downstairs. Cyndi was very responsive, even when we had some odd questions.

This condo was a nice homey-feeling place for our group to spend Christmas. We have family in Wheat Ridge and this location was very convenient for us to all get together and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of bedrooms - each with a different firmness of the mattress so we could all find the one we liked best - and ample gathering space on the main floor.

Just like all the other reviews, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! The Jungle House is beautiful, very secure, private parking space in parking garage and completely in walking distance of so many things!! The Central Market, tons of restaurants and the fun mini golf place. The space provides you with everything you need. From well designed bathrooms, kitchen and plenty of space for a landing pad. The white bed linens and lush towels give you the boutique hotel experience. I definitely recommend this to anyone! Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!

Great location with a nice view of downtown/Coors Field. Host was very responsive and helped us out tremendously.

Ji and Ryan have been wonderful host. Their place is very clean, well stocked (kitchen, bathroom), smart, and the area is quiet, There is a Safeway 6 minutes walk, and downtown (Sheraton area, Art Museum, etc) is only 20-25 min by foot. We felt safe, even at night. Ji and Ryan were extremely nice and went out of their way when a hot water problem happened for the whole building just before our arrival. Fortunately, all was repaired just after we arrived. They were very helpful and quick to message and reply.

We loved our stay at this condo! Easy to walk to restaurants, the river walk area, and grocery store. Building was quiet and tucked away from the main strip so we slept perfectly.

Super cute humble abode! Had everything we needed! Easy check in and the house rules were easy to understand. We never had an issue with parking in front of the place. The decor was awesome and I kept eyeing the little pink unicorn on the shelf, but not to worry it stayed put! Lol. Lots of backyard space to chill in. We had a great stay! Thank you!!

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

Great overall stay! Location: The location is great. Less than half hour drive to downtown Denver, and close to outdoor activities. Cleanliness: The place is very clean. It should be noted that my wife thought that it smelled like weed upon arrival, but could have been coming from another unit. Comfort: Bed is very comfortable. The showers are great because they get really hot with solid pressure. Amenities: The place has all the necessary essentials including a full kitchen, TVs, and laundry. The code for the pool did not work for us. The host was willing to help, but got back to us after we had left. The "fitness center" is nothing to write home about. Host: Host communicated everything clearly, and was willing to help with any issues. As noted in the description, there is a security deposit required.

We loved staying at this place! So many pots and pans so it was easy to cook meals for our family! Two bedrooms and two baths with comfortable beds! Host was helpful! We’d stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay- great communication and flexibility on check in time. Our host communicated with us directly with recommendations in addition to very clear instructions and info from Evolve. It was a chilly (and snowy!) Denver spring weekend and our host let us know we were free to set the heat to our comfort level and we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 😊

The host was super communicative and check-in was easy. The location was perfect for exploring and 10 minutes away from downtown. The airbnb was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved how spacious the airbnb is itself. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommended. We'd definitely stay again.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.
