It has amazing sea views which can be enjoyed from the bright & airy open plan living space as well as from the balcony. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, the master with an en suite as well as a separate family bathroom. Only a 2 minute stroll to the beautiful Fistral Beach and a 15 minute walk into the town centre. The apartment has free allocated parking and a lift for easy access to the property.

It's a beautiful, perfectly located, spacious and peaceful cottage set in the conservation area of Crantock village with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.
