Isfryn is a cosy semi detached former slate miners cottage, located on the edge of Corris. Corris is a small rural village with a village shop, cafe, pub and church. The cottage is traditionally furnished with wooden floors and beams, log burners in the sitting room and kitchen. Outside to the front is a raised sitting area with wonderful views over the Dulas Valley. To the rear is a small yard and to the side a log and bike shed. Travel cot, high chair, baby bath and fire guard are available.

Dolgellau sits in the south of Snowdonia National Park, in the shadow of the Cader Idris mountain range but is also just 8 miles from the sea . Great for mountain bikers, walkers and hikers, but also for families wanting outdoor experiences.

It is well equipped for your stay as I have tried to make it a home from home for you with many books and houseplants. Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
