The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
