Great stay with many amenities and a central San Juan location. Close to the airport and you can hear the planes coming in and out, not a problem for us but something to be aware of. Friendly host with lots of information.

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

Peaceful and perfectly located—this stay offered a quiet retreat surrounded by friendly locals and close to all the main sights. During the Puerto Rico blackout, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had power. Truly appreciated!

The instructions were clear and the check in easy. The unit was pretty and looked just like the listing. There were some fun extras like 2 chairs and toys to take down to the beach which the kids loved. Evelyn went above and beyond proactively bringing supplies to the house when the power went out across Puerto Rico. She was quick check in with us and to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

Armando was amazing super responsive I had seen him when I just got the Airbnb and he was super kind honestly I would recommend his beautiful house every is near it’s so peaceful and quiet

Great place to stay in Guaynabo. Worked very well for my colleagues and me. Terrace provided nice views in all directions.

My family and I really enjoyed this home! It was clean and spacious for a big group. It's located in an area with a corner store that's walking distance and plenty of restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. It's only a short ride to Piñones for excellent food and the home was super clean and stocked with towels and toiletries which is a plus. The Chinese food is bar none in this area and the pool was a lifesaver keeping my 5 year old completely entertained. The host was amazing and I would definitely choose this home again!

My parents and I loved this place! it was peacefull, we could listen to the Coquís which we loved it, very quiet and the apartment was clean and looked as described and in the pictures. Marcos was very nice, attentive and helpful until the last second that we were there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks for everything Marcos! Bendiciones!

Location was perfect close to the airport and easy to access. Place provides a lot of privacy and flexibility to come and go. Had everything you need to stay around San Juan and relax. Host was responsive and helpful with informing about checking in and using beach access, garage access, and all amenities.

Lovely stay in an amazing community. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for and had no problems at all during our stay. Super close walk to Escambrón is a huge plus too!

It was worth every penny very reliable, very convenient minutes from most attractions and countless bars and restaurants. Great host and great location. The host was very welcoming, very helpful and attentive! I can’t wait for my next stay in Puerto Rico I’m staying in the same location!

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
