It's ONLY 9 min from the LMM Int'l Airport (SJU), 12 min from Isla Verde's Beach, 13 min from Condado and 20 min from the Old San Juan. Food, ATM's, groceries are walking distance. The place has full kitchen with cookware and dining table. The bedroom includes a 50" SMART TV, A/C unit and a big closet with mirror doors.

Our Chalet is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment located in Park Gardens, which is a very quiet/private area. It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, beaches (NOT walking-distance), restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.
