You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The private balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The place was spotless when we arrived. Carlo was very helpful and gave clear directions and check-in instructions. He also recommended great places nearby. 10 minutes into town which was cute and walkable. We frequented Doña Lala beach with a walkable bar/restaurant. Would recommend 100x

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for days but since our returned still feeling those vacation vibes! For the 4 of us , my wife and 2 girls had space and we used the kitchen for breakfast , the jacuzzi to relax and had movie nights. We would stay there again and probably for more time! 5 nights wasn’t enough! Thank you Freddie !

Super nice! 100 yards from the beach and a few fun restaurants The beach is quiet and lovely - really lovely - with many other beaches within a short drive. Also right next door to a big nature preserve! And the town of Ricón, maybe 5 minutes by car, is adorable . The home is spotless. Couldn’t be better!

Amazing place, right on a quiet beach with pretty good snorkeling just steps into the water! We had the downstairs unit, and the upstairs was empty the whole time we were there, nice bonus. The kitchen is well-stocked, plenty of beach chairs, and a cooler and umbrella. The driveway is narrow, like a lot of places on PR, so a smaller rental car is advised. We had a Honda SUV and it was tight. Loved being so close to Rincon, and an easy drive if you want to do day trips to Isabella in the NW or Parguera in the south.

We had an unforgettable stay in Rincón! From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel welcome and at home. His attention to detail, kindness, and responsiveness made a big difference throughout our stay. The place was exactly what we hoped for — clean, cozy, and full of charm. We especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere that helped us disconnect and truly enjoy our vacation. Every morning felt like a gift, and every evening was a reminder of how special this place is. Ricardo’s hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we’re incredibly grateful for his warmth and care. We loved our stay at Kasa Kamias. A short (downhill) walk to one of Rincon’s best beaches but high enough on the hill to enjoy ocean views for days! The house was pristine and the private pool was an incredible vibe for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again!

Stunning home, with breathtaking views. Up in the hills, but a short drive from town. The management company was lovely to deal with - we stayed during a holiday weekend, and they were still available the whole time. Special thanks to Rut, for making everything seamless and easy. Already trying to find a time to return.

Sonia siempre fue mi amable y muy atenta, amamos la residencia, limpia organizada y bien equipada. Nos sentíamos como en nuestro hogar! La ubicación es bien céntrica. El fin de semana que nos quedamos Puerto Rico tuvo un apagón y la casa de Sonia tenía su generador que gracias a eso pudimos tener una mini vacaciones espectaculares! Volveríamos a su residencia nuevamente!

Cristina was very helpful and her home is GORGEOUS. Perfectly clean, tons of amenities, great open space. The pool was spotless, and the outdoor furniture is plush, clean and there are so many seating areas. The breeze was amazing, and the outdoor ceiling fans kept us cool as well. We had a party of 9, and our little kids didn't mind sleeping on the pullout sofa at all! We absolutely loved staying here!

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Casa Bomberos! The house was amazing, the amenities were amazing, and the location was so close to the beaches and central business district. The pool was the main highlight for us as we spent a lot of our time in it and around it with the gorgeous weather. Lindsay was amazing with her communication on everything we needed as well as recommendations. I would highly recommend getting this house for a large group as be careful there will be days you don't want to leave it!

This is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in, in the most beautiful location, with so many amenities, a reef right off the backyard to snorkel, private beach, private pool. I can’t describe how perfect it is. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rincon… this is it. I will be coming here every year!!

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the Airbnb! It was so amazing! The location could not be better. Four minute walk to steps beach. Snorkeling, beautiful nature, adorable donkey’s. It was just amazing! The cabin and pool were great. Rachael was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We grilled out and enjoyed the amazing ocean view and sunset. We thoroughly enjoy our time in Rincon and staying in the Casita. The home was very clean, on a nice quiet street and close enough to walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Yilma is a great hostess! We will be back!

Super clean and perfectly located. Great cross-ventilation throughout the house. We love the porch and garden area for morning coffee. Already planning our next visit.

One of our best ever Airbnb stays. Villa Calma is immaculate and well provisioned with everything you need to feel comfortable. Great layout for our family. The outdoor space is lovely and we enjoyed many morning coffees and dinners outside. Outdoor shower and beach supplies made our daily beach excursions. 5 minute walk from an awesome beach and restaurants. We loved being in this cute little area just a 5 min drive from downtown Rincon. The house's solar power worked great and was key during a brief island power outage. There is also access to a nice community pool. Leanne was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated a late checkout to accommodate a snorkeling tour we had to reschedule for our last morning. Recommend Rincon Paddleboards for snorkeling tour, Barramarina for yummy cocktails, Rincon Bakery for treats, Milk Bar for gelato, and Gelato, and Beach Cafe for juices and smoothies.

enid is a beautiful soul. i felt so welcomed by her warmth. i traveled alone and i immediately felt as i had a friend in enid. my checkin was a bit disconnected as there were some technical difficulties with airbnb. enid was patient, flexible, and kind throughout it all. i booked last minute and she was extremely gracious about my timeline. thank you enid for making me feel like family.

We had an amazing time at Surf View Villa! The home was exactly as described, had plenty of room for our group and was very comfortable. There was plenty of shady spots to escape the sun and the AC worked great. The lower level with the ping-pong table and grill was a perfect place to relax mid afternoon. The proximity to Sandy Beach and the restaurants there was fantastic. My elderly parents did have a hard time finding the home so make sure you know exactly where you are going! (However, Joseph was great and guided them there over the phone.) Great hosts and wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at casa goyita. Dujardin was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is huge. We had 8 people stay. We ended up all staying in upper unit. As it had more than enough rooms for us. The backyard and beach were excellent. The ocean was beautiful and very swimmable. A local did try to tell us how dangerous it was when we arrived, but it may have only been the conditions that day or that he wanted less people on the beach. The only downside of the property were the roosters. The were loud day and night, but when visiting Rincon that is to be expected. The host also left ear plugs in the bathrooms for us which we were very thankful for. Overall it was a great experience. If we return to Rincon we would stay there again. Thanks!!!
