It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. You have a small private patio with dining table and chairs. 1 dog is very welcome. This is the perfect ocean studio for your beach holiday. No free parking.

The house is on a peaceful leafy street, less than 5 minutes walk from the centre square. The train station is only 15 minutes away by foot. The house is newly renovated in a warm minimalistic style, inspired by the best of Japanese and Scandinavian design. The hosts are Delft locals and will have a wide range of recommendations to enjoy.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Het voelt als vrij Buitenleven, maar toch in de Stad. Centrum in 10 minuten, strand in 25 minuten. Door de Gaskachel is het in 5 minuten warm. Binnen stroomt Warm Water uit de Kraan, naast de caravan is een overdekte Koude Buitendouche. Begin de dag vol energie, koud water geeft een serotonine-boost! Het Toilet is ook buiten en overdekt.

Vanaf hier ervaar je de rust, maar ben je op korte van het centrum van Delft. Er zijn fietsen beschikbaar voor gasten en daarmee (of met de tram/trein) is het centrum van Den Haag of Rotterdam ook binnen handbereik.

Het Vroesenpark ligt aan de overkant, Diergaarde Blijdorp op 10 minuten lopen, evenals metro Blijdorp (800m). Nabij centrum en uitvalswegen. Of course the beach of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee is easy to reach as well. Amsterdam is just 15 min by train. After a beach day or city visit you can relax on the patio.
