The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Dog friendly with wonderful walks directly from the doorstep and plenty of cycle routes to explore. Within easy access of the picturesque market towns of Helmsley & Thisk. Heated by a biomass boiler Form is the perfect cosy retreat after a day of exploring. Check in/out days are Mondays and Fridays so please select those days for your stay.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

We are surrounded by hills and open countryside which fringe the unique open moors. It is also part of a collection of other 8 properties (previously a working farm) that can be booked individually or exclusively all together.

This bolthole has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard throughout, providing guests with a comfortable and cosy home-from-home. There is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a modern bathroom fitted with underfloor heating and a sperate bath and shower. The living room has a cosy log fire and large dining table. The kitchen is well appointed and kitted out to meet all your culinary needs. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Cosy cottage located in the North York Moors National Park with gorgeous big skies! A super base for exploring castles, abbeys, villages and the Heritage coast. Spoilt for choice in eateries from great local pubs to Michelin starred restaurants all with a 10 mile radius. Many guests comment on how peaceful and calm their stay has been. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with children and pets (one, well behaved dog only).
