Scelta per un visita a Roma, si è rivelata ottima per alloggiare in un quartiere tranquillo. Con la macchina si raggiungono i parcheggi della Metro, noi abbiamo utilizzato quello della Tiburtina ed in pochi minuti siamo arrivati al Colosseo. Loft ordinato e Per Friendly.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Alessandra's Place was quiet, clean and in a great location. would recommend it and would stay there again. the host was easy to reach when we had questions and had great suggestions to what was around the neighborhood.

É stato come essere a casa.. la casetta di nonnana è perfetta per una vacanza pet friendly e per chi si vuole rilassare in mezzo alla natura ma ad un passo da tutti i servizi e posti da visitare! Alloggio pulitissimo e profumato, con tutti i comfort. Monia come sempre super efficiente e ospitale! Quando vai in vacanza ma ti senti come a casa, anche meglio direi vuole dire che hai scelto il posto il giusto!

너무나 멋진 숙소 최고의 뷰.. 친절한 주인아저씨 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다 살면서 이렇게 오랜 역사를 갖고 있는집에서 잘수 있을까.. 그거 하나만으로도 충분히 멋진곳 들어가자마자 좋은 향기가 났어요 단점을 굳이 찾자면 숙소 찾기가 살짝 복잡했어요 좁고 높은곳에 있음 그치만 너무 친절하게 설명해줘서 그리 어렵지 않게 도착했습니다 구글 지도보다는 거리에 있는 이정표를 잘보고 가면 어렵지 않습니다 캐리어가 무겁다면 계단때문에 조금 힘들수도 있습니다 조금 큰차로 갔고 주차 하기 위해서는 좁은 터널로 진입해야되는데 거기서 차를 긁을수 있어서 조심해야됩니다 주차 공간은 꽤 많았는데 주차되어있는 차가 많아서 조금 밑으로 내려가야될수 있음 그리고 온수의 수압이 약해서 개운하게 샤워하긴 힘들어요 여름에 갔다면 상관 없었을텐데 살짝 쌀쌀했던 날씨라 찬물로 씻기 힘들었어요 전 그 사실을 리뷰로 통해 이미 알고 갔기에 괜찮았어요 하지만 꾸미는거 좋아하는 여성분은 힘들 수도 있어요 전 멋진 집에서 자보는 경험이 더 중요했기에 상관 없었습니다 벽난로도 있어서 남편이 아주 좋아했어요 신나게 불떼고 놀았어요 특별한 경험을 하고싶다면 적극 추천 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

We stayed due to being fans of Normal People and had a lovely time hosted by Giada and her family. We’re lucky with the weather, the apartment is off to the side of the main house, private and all amenities we would need. Giada went above and beyond for us for various reasons and made sure we got to her and on to our next destination safely.

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Posto molto carino e ben curato, la casa in ottime condizioni con prodotti di prima necessità (shampoo, bagnoschiuma sale ecc.) che risultano molto utili. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Situato nel verde e con ampio giardino e 3 cani simpaticissimi. Ottima esperienza

siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Siamo stati a Todi per lavoro, ma grazie alla bellissima casa e l’accoglienza di Adele ci siamo sentiti in villeggiatura. Casa perfetta e pulita in ogni suo angolo anche per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. Un bagno per ogni stanza, stanze spaziose e cucina bellissima! Dovessimo tornare non esiteremo a prenotare qui, magari in estate così da usare la piscina!

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Noch schöner als auf den Fotos 🌞 wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit und waren sogar im Pool schwimmen :) es war sehr privat und wir hatten für unsere große Gruppe viel Platz. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Claudia war sehr nett und total hilfreich. Toller Restaurant Tipp :)

Aure und Max haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das wunderschöne Grundstück lädt durch die alten Olivenbäume zum entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir den von Aure und Max angelegten Gemüsegarten mit nutzen durften. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft ist so aufgeteilt, dass wir die eine Hälfte des Gartens alleine und privat nutzen durften. Die Innenausstattung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Fußläufig ist der Campingplatz in der Nachbarschaft zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand und Seezugang. Mit dem Auto ist alles andere sehr gut erreichbar. Aure hat uns als Reiseführerin sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben und in der Unterkunft waren zusätzlich einige interessante Bücher über Rom und die Gegend Bracciano zu finden. Der Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Wasserversorgung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine entspannte und tolle Zeit bei Aure und Max. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Ce logement était parfait pour notre séjour : avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains il est très bien équipé pour un séjour en famille. Si vous visitez la ville comme nous vous trouverez la ligne de bus 781 ou le train avec la gare Villa Bonelli. Le quartier est calme la nuit ce qui permet de bien se reposer et vous trouverez tout le nécessaire en bas de l'immeuble : pharmacie, supermarché, pizzeria... Sergio nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour une arrivée facile et a été très réactif à mes messages. Je recommande ce logement !

UN HOGAR EN ROMA. Si llega a estar disponible, no dudes en reservarlo! No lo dudes, te va a encantar. Me sentí como en casa en Roma. Departamento grande y super cómodo con una ubicación inmejorable (en mi opinión). Super lindo, todo impecable. Cocina moderna, muy equipada (de los mejores lugares que me quede), la super aprovechamos. Baño moderno grande y cómodo. Muy luminoso. Esta ubicado en el barrio Esquilino, a solo 3 cuadras de la estación de Termini. Si estás con muchas maletas o piensas tomar trenes para visitar lugares cercanos lo vas a agradecer, super cómodo. El barrio no es el más lindo, pero es super seguro. También tienen la estación de metro de Termini en la cual se hace combinación de las líneas A y B de metro, super útil. La verdad que fué una gran elección y tuvimos suerte de que estuviera disponible, si vuelvo a Roma voy a tratar de alojarme aquí, me sentí como en casa.

Soggiornare nel casale di Gabriella e Luca è stato come una boccata d'aria! Siamo stati accolti da Luca, gentilissimo, che ci ha fornito indicazioni sulla zona in maniera molto chiara. Ma già prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni precise e dettagliate su come arrivare al casale. Il posto è meraviglioso e i dintorni stupendi. La casa è tenuta benissimo, così come il mobilio antico e di valore che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Avremmo voluto restare più di due giorni, ma sicuramente, quando torneremo in zona, il casale sarà la nostra prima scelta. Grazie ancora a Gabriella e a Luca!

Wir hatten ein paar ganz wundervolle Tage bei Sabina. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und hatte eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Sabina hat sehr gut geklappt und war total freundlich. Sie hat uns zu jeder Zeit Fragen beantwortet und uns Empfehlungen für die Umgebung abgegeben, offen und hilfsbereit! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questo alloggio durante il ponte del 1 maggio. l'appartamento è molto carino e ben arredato, la posizione è ottima in quanto vicinissima a piazzale Caravaggio da dove puoi raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma. Alessandro è stato molto cordiale durante il nostro soggiorno. Sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Roma lo sceglieremo nuovamente.
