The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Munich Trade Fair Center and International Congress Center and is suitable for trade fair visitors and exhibitors. But tourists are also very welcome, because the subway is very close to the house and it only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the city center. In a few steps you can walk to a beautiful park with a swimming lake and a large shopping center. There is no kitchen. Good subway connection to Oktoberfest, approx. 20 minutes.

Die Innenstadt und das Oktoberfest erreicht man in 20 Minuten. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum Riem Arcaden mit Restaurants und Cafés ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Wunderschöner Badesee und Riemer Park sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Messebesucher geeignet.
