Jill & Steve would like to welcome you to Ashes Farm, a 1600’s stone-built farmhouse situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, 1 miles from RIbblehead,10 miles from Settle. We are located on the 3 Peaks route and close to the Pennine Way/Dales way. The property is surrounded by the finest walking and mountain bike trails in England. One mile for the Ribblehead Viaduct/ Station which is on the Settle to Carlisle line. Full breakfast menu included. Please check out our other accommodations.

We are NOT in the city of York, but a separate town 9 miles away, just to clarify. We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 5 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This double room is in the attic so feels cosy, but with dual aspect original sash windows is bright and airy too. It’s the smallest of our rooms so ideal for a quick stop over but has hanging space, tea & coffee and tv and the use of our newly fitted shower room. This room isn’t suitable for large dogs.

Ingleborough Micro Lodge

Beautiful barn conversion which is ideally situated for walkers and 3 Peaks Challenge adventurers! It offers 3 bedrooms in the main house and is within walking distance of the local pubs, café and train station and has its own private car park for guests. From April 2019 2 (dog friendly) micro lodges/pods will be added and are located in the walled garden area next to the main house, both with private terrace and bbq. Pods are en-suite and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave and sofa.

Bright airy room in family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. Wonderful bathroom for your sole use with a bath and a powerful shower. Complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle and a cool box so you are only ever two minutes away from a hot drink. A word or two about cats…. There are 3 of them here and they are very nosy! This house is very clean but there may be the odd hair thanks to the fluff balls. Those with allergies should probably book elsewhere.
