The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.
